Re: Hyaluronic Acid for Degenerative Disc Disease

Not sure if Ted or anyone will see this 2 years later but I am hoping so. My husband was recently diagnosed with DDD and has been suffering from a lot of excruciating pain and lack of sleep for months now.

I have purchased some liquid HA from my organic grocer to just get him going but would like to know where I can get ahold of the powder form is in this recipe.

If anyone can let me know where I can find that it would be greatly appreciated as I have not had any luck so far.

Thank you!

FYI - If the xanthelma is older than say 6 months....castor oil may not work. I suspect the acetic acid (ACV, lemon) or garlic route may be a better effort if the xanthelmas are older...

I have elevated ionized calcium low phosphorus and elevated parathyroid hormone. Started boron and PTH dropped in a week. Whet from high normal. Still waiting to see if blood calcium will drop. So far it's staying the same. I am hypothyroid and I struggle with taking any thyroid meds because they give terrible painful dry eyes. This can cause elevated calcium too. I'm praying I can avoid surgery and kidney stones.

Alkalizing Cleanse for Fibroids

Uterine Fibroids

Consider doing a 90 day cleanse to alkalinize the body with either Wheat Grass Juice Powder or Green Barley Juice in 8-12oz of water 3-4x a day along with a high fiber diet with no sugar or simple carbohydrates. Also, consider taking either Nattokinase or Serrapeptase 2,000-4,000 fu daily, which are proteolytic enzymes, to help break up and dissolve the protein-based tumors. Consider going through a parasite cleanse x10 days, off 10 days; repeat 10 days at least 2x a year. Parasites are protein based also and doing a cleanse would be a smart thing to do. The tumors didn't develop overnight, so it's going to require some patience and take time to get rid of them. I have done this myself and had incredible results.

Re: Borax as a Heavy Metal Chelator

I'm pleased to say that ChatGPT isn't as clever as humans....yet.

I have toxic metals, and I observed numerous foods and supplements would aggravate symptoms; I tried sharing this information with many doctors, including functional medicine doctors, to no avail. They didn't have the aptitude to understand or join the dots. So I did further research since the medical profession demonstrated that this was my fight alone. I found many sources stating the same foods and supplements that I observed do actually have the effect on toxic metals I had concluded. And yes boron, and borax was one of the supplements.

Research paper title: The effects of some boron compounds against heavy metal toxicity in human blood

Link: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/45388619_The_effects_of_some_boron_compounds_against_heavy_metal_toxicity_in_human_blood

The abstract from the above research paper:

Heavy metals can accumulate in the environment and cause serious damages to ecosystems and human health. Boron is considered to be essential micronutrient with its well established biological functions and the antioxidant effects of boric acid (BA) are controversial. However, the potential of important boron compounds in cellular activities remains unexplored. Therefore, we aimed to assess the efficacies of some boron compounds (BA, borax, colemanite and ulexite) on the genotoxicity induced by heavy metals (arsenic trioxide, colloidal bismuth subcitrate, cadmium chloride, mercury chloride and lead chloride) in human blood cultures. For this aim, sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronuclei (MN) assays were performed to establish DNA damages in lymphocytes. Besides, oxidative stress was monitored by estimating the changes of main antioxidant enzyme activities and the levels of total glutathione (TGSH) in erythrocytes. The present study showed that heavy metal treatments increased the frequencies of SCE and MN and the plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) level; decreased the antioxidant enzyme activities and the level of TGSH compared to controls. Whereas, the tested boron compounds (5-20 ppm) significantly reduced the genotoxic effects induced by low doses of heavy metals. Our results revealed that the protective roles of boron compounds occurred with the effectiveness on their anti-oxidant capacity. In conclusion, these compounds could be useful in the development of functional food and raw materials of medicine.

I tried many things over the past year for internal hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids caused much discomfort, anxiety regarding bowel movements, pelvic floor spasms, etc. I thought something else seriously wrong.

I'm thrilled to say that after taking rutin capsules (twice a day) for a few weeks, the hemorrhoids are much, much better. I thank God for this and will go down to taking one capsule a day for a little longer.

Thank you, Earth Clinic. Onto healing fibroids and cysts now. All the best to Everyone in their healing.

Thank you All for your posts regarding using Vitamin E

I too suffered with Bartholin cysts for many years. I had the marsupialization surgery once and decided never again. I've used many suggested remedies over the years and none worked until I saw your post about vitamin E. I used a 1000 mg tab. solgar brand. I applied to area before bedtime. It wasn't messy, no discharge, the cyst was just gone. Thank you, thank you, thank you

A safer option for people who are interested in using Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) in their nose is Xlear Nasal Spray (XNS) which contains purified water, xylitol, GSE and sodium chloride.

The GSE is a potent antimicrobial and has antibiofilm effects. The xylitol also has antibiofilm effects while cleansing and moisturizing at the same time to offset the drying effects of the saline solution. XNS has been around for a long time and is made in safe proportions of ingredients. Here is a link to the product on Amazon, but XNS is available at many drug stores :

That depends on which preparation you're using and what you're using it for. For example:

Nutribiotic GrapeFruit Seed Ezxtract Liquid Concentrate Ingredients:
33% Grapefruit seed extract, and, 67% Vegetable glycerine.
AVOID using on sensitive areas.

Nutribiotic's Maximum GSE Liquid Concentrate contains Citricidal
(60% grapefruit seed extract and 40% vegetable glycerin).
EXTERNAL use ONLY. AVOID using on sensitive areas.

NutriBiotic Nasal Spray is a natural formulation designed to lubricate nasal passages. Contains CRITRICIDAL® brand grapefruit seed extract and sodium chloride. Ingredients: Water, glycerin (vegetable), citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed extract (CITRICIDAL®), sodium chloride.

It is important to be aware that GrapeFruit Seed Extract is made from more than just the SEED of GrapeFruits! Other parts of the GrapeFruit are also sources of GSFE.

Waimeagirl ... You say you used it for "nasal irrigation".... Please notice on Nutribiotic's website & label how the product is described, & the warning given ... NutriBiotic® Maximum GSE Liquid Concentrate provides the HIGHEST CONCENTRATION of Grapefruit Seed Extract available. Contains Citricidal (60% grapefruit seed extract, and 40% vegetable glycerin) ... The grapefruit bioflavonoids (polyphenolics) are converted into an EXTREMELY POTENT compound. Suggested use: Dilute 1 drop Maximum G[F]SE in a minimum of 1 fluid ounce of water. *> FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY! <* WARNING: ... DO NOT USE FULL STRENGTH. DO NOT PUT IN EYES. ***AVOID ALL CONTACT WITH SENSITIVE AREAS.*** IF FULL STRENGTH CONTACT OR IRRITATION OCCURS, FLUSH WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES. IRRITATION IS TEMPORARY AND MAY LAST UP TO 48 HOURS. Source: https://www.nutribiotic.com/maximum-gse-liquid-concentrate.html I THINK that on the prior occasions when you used GSFE, you must have used the WEAKER PREPARATION: NutriBiotic® Grapefruit Seed Extract, Liquid Concentrate Ingredients: 33% grapefruit seed extract, and, 67% Vegetable glycerine. Suggested Use: Adults, mix 10 drops of NutriBiotic GSE Liquid Concentrate into a glass of water or juice (5 oz. or more) and drink, 1-3 times daily, with or without meals. For children 5 years of age and older, mix 3 drops into a glass of water or juice, 1-2 times daily, with or without meals. Or, use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use full strength in mouth. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. ALWAYS DILUTE! SOURCE: https://www.nutribiotic.com/gse-liquid-concentrate-2oz.html However, Nutribiotic's info & warning for that recipe also includes to *AVOID ALL CONTACT* with sensitive areas.... (and everyone I know considers the inside of the nose & nasal passages *are* VERY SENSITIVE areas).... Plus you say nothing about having flushed your nasal passages with water for any length of time. So it seems you may not have read, or accurately recalled, the entire label's suggestions for use & warnings ... regarding either strength. I hate to think how unpleasant that experience must have been, but hopefully know now how to avoid it in future!

Do you know anyone in Ontario, Canada? They can drive over the border and purchase it in the US at most large grocery stores or health food stores for you. I get a bad case of sleeplessness starting in February due to lack of sunshine. What works for me is tanning/a vacation in Florida getting lots of natural sunshine or a valerian tinture. Also taking progesterone/biest if you are a woman and menopausal.

Eye Drops for Dry Eyes - Recipe Needed

I have severely dry eyes, and nose, and mouth, and entire body internally. It is effecting all of my organs, and causing low blood pressure, liver/kidney problems, and losing my eyesight. Is there a recipe for eye drops for dry eyes, that I can make? They took most natural eyedrops off the market over the past year. Castor oil feels really good, and then by morning, my eyes are even more dehydrated, so I need a recipe without castor oil. And an easy recipe because I am very weak, and exhausted.

Chloride can be rough on the stomach lining and tastes horrible. I take Citrate in water daily with great success. Pills of 99mg can be an adequate dose, however the powder is high dose of 448mg per 1/4 tsp.
