I hope you are doing well.
As I mentioned before, I have frequent urination. It's not so much as the urination as it is the CONSTANT feeling of needing to urinate. After urination the feeling returns within 5-10 minutes. The urine is normal color. I don't think i'm diabetes though i don't know whether it's blood sugar issue or not.
Do you have any other solution other than chromium picolinate since i read not-so-good reviews about that supplement.
I would like to try the humic acid, but i can't find it anywhere, is there any way you can helped me get the humic acid?
or is the CONSTANT feeling to urinate is another problem not related to blood sugar, and have different remedies? (finger crossed)

11/16/2009: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Dear Fajar:Humic acid is obtained from nursery plant shops. It's available in powder form. My local chemical suppliers now and then have humic acid. Sources I purchased from humic acid are Australia and China. The humic acid is used in plant nursery to help plant growth but is also used as a food mix for livestock animals. The best form of chromium I used is either chromium chloride or chromium polynicotinate. I prefer the chromium chloride because they are easier to obtain from a scientific suppliers, usually reagent grade. It's the same grade that's used in hydroponics, when growing plants also."
