REMEDIES FOR HEAD TREMORS
09/16/2009: LA writes: "I WAS WONDERING IF U COULD GIVE ME SOME ADVISE ON HEAD TREMORS. I also have lots of anxiety and nervous all the time. I have tried some of your remedies like flax oil and apple cider vinegar... etc
If u were me with head tremors what would u do?"
10/11/2009: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "A head tremors sometimes is a Bell's Palsy caused by certain viruses, or perhaps demyelination. Certain oils seems to cause problems in which case granulated lecithin, vitamin B complex may help. Antibiotics and certain meds may have caused it. Also heavy metals also shorts out and caused it too. Changing water source such as bottled water may help, and taking some chlorella supplements, every two days, plus daily magnesium citrate 250-500 mg a day, plus daily alkalization until both urine and saliva pH is 7, usually helped. I had other cases of tremors before, so it was the alkalization, metal chelation, and magnesium really did help. Although the person was a child and had leg tremors, but it's still a type of neurodegenerative conditions bough on by acidosis, heavy metals, and lack of magnesium. Vitamin B50, some vitamin C helps. It should be noted that most supplements ideally is taken only 4 or 5 days out of a week, but the chlorella and chelation remedies require more spacing between days. A milder form may be just a small amount of cilantro and taken every two days also does the job too. In a child it was only a couple of leaves of cilantro, but in an adult dose, they may take larger doses as per weight basis.

10/20/2009: Aurelia from Pittsburgh, Usa replies: "Head tremors can be familial, a family member finally came across the amino acid Taurine. 1 teaspoon(about 3 grams) taken twice per day will usually stop tremors. If tremors are more pronounced in stressful situations i.e. public speaking or interviews, the 1 time use of the drug Inderal 40mg. works like a charm, however only for occasional use. Ask your doctor about this one it may be an unapproved use but it is very safe."

QUESTION ABOUT FAMILIAL TREMORS
08/21/2008: Lucinda from San Antonio, TX writes: "My 17 yo son has familial tremors. Some days things are very difficult for him. This is something my brother had from the time he was a teenager and I have watched it progress. Would love to know what would help them both. Do you know what the cause the the tremors is? Thank you!"
08/22/2008: Joyce from Joelton, Tn replies: "To Lucinda from San Antone: B vitamin deficiency can cause tremors. The best & cheapest way to find out if this figures in your l7 year old son's familial tremors is to get a good Stress tablet and give him one at meal time and bedtime for at least 2 or 3 weeks to see if it decreases tremors. (Stress tablets are B complex vitamins with C & E vitamins included - bottle will say l a day but 3 will do no harm and if he is deficient, and he will decrease deficiency faster. I would also suggest a good magnesium supplement once or twice daily also. Another thing you might do is google "excitotoxins" as Dr. Russell Blaylock blames another another tremulous disease (Parkinson's disease) on these and two of them, monosodium glutamate (MSG) and aspartame (nutrisweet) are heavily included in all our processed foods and some unprocessed ones. Also according to Dr. Mercalo, they have been using MSG on crops in the field for at least a decade. Excitotoxins are also known as neuro or(brain)toxins."

REMEDIES NEEDED FOR BENIGN ESSENTIAL TREMORS
05/09/2008: Regine from Sydney, Australia writes: "Sorry, this is a question not feedback.Just wanting to know if anyone has any comments or suggestions regarding Tremors. My son is 18 and has had benign essential tremors for the last 5 years. Doctors offer no cure. Anything is better than nothing. tku"
05/10/2008: Joyce from Joelton, TN replies: "Hello Regine, l8 years old & benign tremors x 5 yrs!!! Ouch! First, lets take a look at what he is most likely to be missing in his diet. I would first give him one multivitamin/mineral supplement every day + a good stress tab (B complex with Vitamins C & E added. The bottle will tell you take 1 per day - I would give him l at mealtimes and bedtime (totals to 4 per day) and if misses a meal, make sure he takes the stress tab at the time he should have ate that meal. Another supplement I would definitely be looking at is magnesium - you can go buy magnesium oxide 500 mgm tables and give one morning & evening (or you can go the cheaper route of buying a 2 lb box of epsom salts ($l here at dollar stores)& start with giving 1/2 tsp. in water or juice 3 times a day. If you see no improvement increase by 1/2 tsp each time until he complains of having loose stools & back off a little in how much you are giving him each time.
Next google monosodium glutamate & aspartame. Print out (or write a list) of all the names they hide them under. With this list in hand go into your kitchen (I'm assuming he is still at home with you) and read the ingredients listed on everything edible or drinkable there. Be sure to include your raw meat package ingredients. This will give you some idea of how much of both he may be eating daily. Remember any meals eaten away from home are likely to be even worse. I don't know what school lunches there in Sydney are like, here they are heavily laden with grease, sugar & both of the neurotoxins mentioned above. Can you believe that schools here petitioned for & received permission to count a little individual packet of tomato ketchup as one serving of a vegetable! All but 1 of the ketchups I checked here were full of MSG & the packets in school can't be more than l/2 ounce, if that much is in there.
Another thing I would try to get him to do is stop all carbonated beverages - water & fruit juice is healthier. You should be noticing some improvement within a month or two - maybe even sooner. One of our long time, older TV fitness gurus is quoted as saying, "If man made it, don't eat it" and that pretty much says it all! Good luck & God bless! Let us know how his is doing."
05/14/2008: G from Buffalo, NY replies: "This question is for "Regine from Sydney, Australia"...What do you mean by "tremors" that your son is having? My (now 19 yr old) son's hands shake all the time. He is a welder, so he sometimes has a hard time with some jobs. I don't believe it is from too much caffeine. Sorry I do not have a solution for you, just a question that hopefully someone can help us both with."
