[YEA] Juliana from Albuquerque, NM writes: "I have suffered from insomnia since childhood (I am now in my 30s), and it has been crippling to my life, to say the least. About a month ago, my husband and I decided to try turning off all breakers in our house at night, except for the one attached to the refrigerator. Since doing so, I have slept very well, even experiencing deep REM sleep. I have vivid dreams every night. My husband has experienced the same thing -- deep sleep, many dreams. It's worth a try if you have trouble sleeping. As I understand it, the EMFs interfere with hormones in the body. Some people are very sensitive to EMFs. I believe somebody else on this site suggested not using the computer or cell phone before bed, but my suggestion takes the idea a bit further."

[YEA] Amy from Kingston, ON, Canada writes: "Dream Inducer: I stumbled upon this years ago when I was taking as much as possible to battle a nasty cold bug, but chewable vitamin C tablets (500mg) right before bed produce vivid dreams. I occasionally have some just before bed for fun, and it never fails."

[YEA] Tess from Palm Beach, FL writes: "Dreaming Remedy:

I started taking L-Carnitine (among other supplements) recently and around the same time started to recollect my dreams, about 3-4 a night instead of 1 every once in a while. I didn't make the connection until I stopped the L-Carn last week and almost immediately stopped being able to recall any dreams. I started up again last night and was able to remember 3 dreams this morning. I take 1 TBL on an empty stomach 3x a day.
