[YEA]  03/01/2009: Wanda from Jackson, MO writes: "I did some experimenting on my own after reading numerous articles on H2O2 inhalation methods. I contracted some kind of virus that affected my lungs..with coughing spasms. I filled my cool mist humidifier with 1 gallon of reverse osmosis water and 2 ozs 35% food grade H2O2 and slept with this on thru the night for several nights. First thing I noticed, was that I was able to breathe considerably better with less coughing. This is strictly my own concoction..I was desparate, as conventional medicine was not doing anything for me. Thought I would pass this remedy on......"

01/01/2009: Jaques from Brighton, England writes: "ive had 3 lots of antibiotics, steriods for a bronchial virus which has me coughin all day and night for over 2 months so my ribs feel like ive been run over by a steam roller, 2 days ago i began inhaling h202 3% every 2 hrs day and night and havent seen any results so far but i notice bill says it could take a couple of weeks so im hopeful. Ive never smoked nor had any bronchial problems, only once before in l982 a mild bronchitis, so im not prone to these things - there seems to be many viruses going around england at present. Heres hoping this hydrogen peroxide works cos the drs sure arent helping! has anyone else had a virus so long and has h202 cured it> be interested to hear please?"

[YEA]  01/12/2009: Jaques from Brighton, England replies: "Well after my last post, the virus i had for over 2 months went in a week, i inhalled every two hours when awake, though couldnt sleep much and got worse after a couple of days, then gradually the symptoms went, i still have a slight soreness in the top of my chest but thats all, im so grateful to thie h202 and the info on this site - the acv has brought down my bp and cured my gerd and oil pulling has massivly improved my stiff joints

Im very happy and impressed with these more natural ways of treatment - still a little concerned about taking bicarb with the acv because of the possibility of it increasing bp..........has anyone answered that question yet? I noticed someone else asked about it.......J"

[YEA]  07/09/2008: Robert Fleming from St Hyacinthe , Canada, Qc. writes: "Hello: I was waiting to answer on this subject because I wanted to try Hydrgen Peroxide (H2O2) on myself. Here is how it went: Last week Ginette got a terrible flu. She came back from work on Friday, 18th of april 2008, complaining about sore throat, general weakness, slightly blurred vision and all the other symptoms that go with it. She sprayed into her mouth H2O2 and took mega doses of vitamin C, but I think it was already too late. One week later she is almost OK except for some rather deep coughing.

When I saw her last Friday I immediately sprayed H2O2 several times in my throat and I continued for the following 2-3 days... I also took mega doses of vitamin C. Guess what ? No flu for me...

In the past, each time she had a flu like that, I would get it as well right after her (the mega dose of vitamine C couldn't prevent it), but not this time. I believe it was because I killed the virus with H2O2 by spraying it strait inside of my throat and lungs RIGHT ON TIME before it had time to spread into my lungs.

Despite of what some people may think, using H2O2 occasionally is not at all harmfull. The only thing that I felt is bacteria being fried right inside of my throat. No pain at all for me.

We brought a small spraying bottle with us to Cuba and used it by spraying it to kill bacteria in bathrooms, door knobs, ustencils in restaurants, remote control, drinking glasses, coffe cups, etc... I even sprayed a roaming cat that was coming to visit us. A few bugs fell down on floor immediately !!!

Have a nice day... with H2O2 ...

P.S. Here in Canada we can buy H2O2 at Dollarama... The price : A bottle of 450ml, containing 3% H2O2, for $0.99 cents, of course ! The big bottle as well as the spraying bottle must be kept away from exposure to light."

[YEA]  05/16/2008: Jay from Altoona, Florida writes: "Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation: While in Tucson, Arizona for an extended stay I caught a respiratory virus that nearly stopped my clock. The coughing was so severe and so frequent that I feared I would have a stroke. It was so bad that I literally could not sleep and was declining in health rapidly. I tried every over the counter cold medication I could buy with no improvement. Finally in desperation I bought a "Ocean Saline Nasal Sprayer Inhaler" --emptied out the contents --and replaced the saline with Hydrogen Peroxide 3% straight from the drug store shelf.I sprayed the H202 both in my throat and nose and relief was immediate. Within 3 hours the cough was under control. I continued using the spray for a week until the virus was killed. The only negative part of the cure was I lost my sense of smell and taste for several months. My taste and smell slowly returned to normal over a 6 month period. To say that I was scared by this virus, would be a gross understatement. To say that I am THANKFUL for H202, would also be an understatement. I am convinced it truly saved my life. 55 year old male."

11/13/2008: Karen from Brooklyn, NY replies: "As I have not tried this treatment, I have been reviewing all the comments. When I read Jay's comment about the only negative outcome was a loss of smell and taste for several months, I felt compelled to respond. Years ago my grandfather got one of those horrible viruses and lost all sense of taste and smell for life-my mother for years! So, I would venture to say that the treatment just might have restored (rather than caused) your senses in a short period of time."

[YEA]  02/08/2008: Ginny from NY, NY writes: "Yesterday morning I awoke with the beginnings of the flu. My tell tale sign was that my neck ached like crazy right at the base of the skull and I was severely fatigued. My husband had been sick with the flu last week so I figured my turn had come. Well, I started inhaling my 3% peroxide h202 at 10:00am every 2 to 3 hours and by 5:00pm I was back to normal... no neck ache, no exhaustion, nothing. I am going to keep it up for a total of 3 days I think to make sure the virus has been eliminated, but this is the 5th time I have done this remedy for a virus bug and it has worked every time. It is a gem of a remedy. Thanks, Bill!"

[YEA]  02/23/2007: Johnston from Omaha writes: "Had a sore throat and severe flu fatigue for several days. Tried the inhaler H202 method from your web site. 10 minutes after my first inhalation my energy came back. I did it once more and then went to bed. My sore throat disappeared over night and when I woke up the next morning, I was back to normal."

[YEA]  01/31/2007: Georgie from Marietta, GA writes: "Since I heard about the h202 inhalation method on your site last winter, I have used it to treat viruses about 8 times. It is really the #1 remedy of all time in my opinion. Funnily enough, all my friends are scared to try it even though I tell them to just try it! But I did get my mother to use it (73 years old and going strong). She LOVES it now! At any rate, last night I started to get a sore throat and felt terrible and weak. I inhaled 2 hours apart and woke up feeling 100%."

07/21/2008: Bec from Wake Forest, NC replies: "It is great that this worked for you. One word of caution though is that you should not drink the 3% stabilized H2O2 that you get at the drugstore. If you are going to drink it, you should get some food grade H202 (35%) and dilute it."

[YEA]  01/24/2007: Katie from Salmon, Idaho writes: "On January 5, '07 I came down with the flu---VERY high fever, body aches and pains and nasty cough. I have not been this sick for about 7 years. After day 5 of high fevers with no relief, I went to the doc and got some antibiotics---which did work and by the 3rd day I was feeling dramatically better. But the COUGH---it just would not quit and was dragging me down making me feel like I was getting sick all over again and I felt like I had been hit by a Mack truck--no energy and just not feeling like I was quite well yet. So on day 16 of this illness, I came across this website for h2o2 inhalation. I just happened to have a spray bottle and some h2o2, and desperate for anything to start me healing, I tried it. The cough had been SO bad, every breath was a cough and it was keeping me up all night and I would have cough attacks that left me gagging. I was sore and exhausted. For 2 days, I have been taking a homeopathic cough remedy every 2 hours---but the sugar content was making me nauseated. SO---I went whole hog into this hydrogen peroxide bit---I drank a capful of 3% in a large glass of water, and then spray inhaled it about every hour. I noticed right away that when I did cough, it was productive rather than a dry, hacking cough. I drank the peroxide about every 2 hours and was inhaling about 6-8 sprays every hour or so. WOW---I have not had a dose of cough medicine for over 12 hours only using the h2o2 spray and I am truly impressed. In fact, I woke up around 2 a.m. needing to cough, did the spray-inhalation, and I did cough, but it was all productive and I went back to sleep and actually SLEPT!

When my husband got up this morning, as he has been fighting this lung germ also and has a nasty cough, I had him do the spray and drink the peroxide. Within an hour, he had a VERY productive cough attack and was impressed with how good he felt after that junk came out. Already seeing relief, I am sold on h2o2 therapy, and am telling everyone I know about it. I got an extremely strong virus with an obvious bacterial component, so I expect to do a round the clock therapy for at least a couple more days to get all the bacteria and virus out of my system. This is definitely the cheapest remedy that actually works that I have EVER tried. THANKS so much for this website and all the info!!!"

[YEA]  05/14/2006: John from Houston writes: "I used the 3% h202 inhaling method recently to get rid of a virus that I couldn't kick. I have to say that the first time I tried it I felt a little light headed because my lungs (I'm guessing) were not used to this level of oxygenation. By the second day it was fine. I suggest people start with only 1 or 2 pumps of 3% and see how they feel. If okay, try a few more an hour or two later. Work your way up to 6 pumps at a time slowly. Oh, and yes it was successful in getting rid of my virus. Took 3 days to feel better."

[YEA]  05/10/2006: R from NC writes: "Thanks so much for providing all of this invaluable info! I just started using the inhalation method of H202 (I put it in a pump atomizer instead of the nose spray container), as well as the cayenne pepper gargle for a sore throat. Both seem to be working well but I was wondering about adding some hydrogen peroxide to my neti-pot/sinu-cleanse. Any thoughts on that and if so, what ratio of 3% H202 to water. Also, should the salt be omitted when using the H202? Thanks in advance for any info. Keep up the great remedies and healing work!"

EC: See what others have written about H202 sinus infection cures here. A few people have written in about this combination for sinus infections.

[YEA]  04/09/2006: Deirdre writes: "After having great luck with inhaling drugstore h202 for viruses and flu in January and February, I switched from 3% to a dilution of food grade. I wasn't sure about how many drops to add to the inhaler, so I only added 2 drops to filtered water. This wasn't enough! After a couple of days, I felt the beginnings of a virus, which wouldn't have been the case if I had enough oxygen (ie., h202) in my blood. I quickly dumped out the food grade and added back the 3% and pumped 6 times. The viral symptoms disappeared within about 3 hours. It happened fast because I don't think the virus had been in my system very long. I am going to stick to the 3% for viruses and occasionally use the food grade to drink. Since Bill Munro has used the 3% for 12 years, I am not so worried about the additives!"

[YEA]  02/09/2006: Jonna from LA, CA writes: "I have been struggling to get over the flu for the past 6 weeks. I have had a recurring sore throat, but mainly I have been unusually exhausted! I tried everything on your flu page! Nothing helped: vitamin C, zinc, apple cider vinegar, garlic, oregano oil. Finally went to the doc and he prescribed antibiotics (sometimes helps with a virus). Did not do a thing! Anyway, came across Bill's recommendation to inhale peroxide. I have put peroxide in my ear for years (didn't help this time), but never inhaled it. Figured it couldn't hurt! Started to inhale the peroxide, per Bill's instructions and it's now been 36 hours. I am not yet back to 100% but feel so much better! I have tons of energy. When I feel a wave of fatigue hit (the virus trying to come back?), I take more peroxide and the tiredness goes away immediately. Interesting stuff!"

[YEA]  11/02/2009: Heather from Colorado Springs, Co writes: "Inhaling H202 cured my kids coughs.

My family got the swine flu at the end of August. For 6 weeks we passed that thing around each of us getting it more than once. One son had it for 3 days each week for 4 weeks and one ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. We all got over the fever fine, but 4 were left with nasty coughs that just wouldn't quit. I tried AVC, but my kids hated it so much that they wouldn't drink it consistently, so I bought a nebulizer online and used half drugstore H202 (1-2 ml) and half water (1-2 ml) in the medicine cup. I had them each inhale for about 10 minutes 2 times per day.

Within 2 days they were 90% better, and the ones who still had a little cough were better in 3. And that was after coughing for 4-5 weeks. I think the little viruses were hiding in the lungs and then reappearing when they got their numbers back up. After I started the H202, no one had a reoccurence of the flu."

[YEA]  05/30/2009: Brenda from Ottawa, ON Canada writes: "3% HP cured bad cough

May 29, 2009

My 14 year old son tried the inhale method below with much success. He woke up with a sore throat in the morning. He took the cayenne pepper in orange juice to get rid of the sore throat. It worked like a charm!! Then he asked me if there was a good remedy for a cough. I found your info on using a 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and thought we would give it a try. I had 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in the house so I mixed it up according to the direction: 2oz of 35% HP with 22 oz of distilled water = 3% HP. We put it into misting bottles and he proceeded to inhale this in the evening. He woke up early Saturday morning feeling much better! His sore throat is gone, and his cough is almost gone too. This stuff is awesome!! I feel this would be totally effective on any kind of Swine/Bird flu. We are grateful for this wonderful web site!

Cheers

Brenda"

09/16/2009: Sandra from Sudbury, Ontario replies: "Where can I buy food grade H202? I live in Ontario Canada."

EC: You can check out the Where to Buy H202 page...

09/19/2009: Chaste from Miami, Fl replies: "Just wondering if you should wait 1hr before eating when doing the inhalation method as you would if drinking?? Also does h202 therapy conflict with the use of any other supplements (ACV, l-lysine, coconut oil)?"

09/19/2009: Joyce from Joelton, Tn replies: "Hello Chaste,

I can't say definitely on your question re waiting l hr. after inhalation H202, but since when taking it orally it goes to the stomach, and ideally when using the inhalation method most of it should be headed toward the lungs, it probably doesn't matter much if you don't wait l hour after inhalation."

[BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS]  12/22/2008: Citizenz from Sacramento, Ca writes: "Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
Yea and Nea

A couple hours after trying the inhalation method I began to have severe abdominal pains headaches, chills, and a fever that lasted for a few days. I give it both a Yeah and a Nea becouse I am still optimistic that this method might work becouse it could of just been the toxins being cleaned out of my body."

12/23/2008: Kira from Saratoga, NY replies: "Yes, could be toxins moving out and could be you got a bug/cold/flu same time and thought was side effect of H202 inhalation. Did you try again and get same side effects?

I only write this because similar has happened to me. When I found b/f got same symptoms, I realized it couldn't have come from current home remedy I was testing, since he didn't take it too.

But could also be temporary healing crisis. Try drinking more water. I sometimes take this Echinacea-Goldenseal tincture and some vitamin C in water a few times a day for a few days (as bottle says) to deal with healing crisis and its helped very much."

[YEA]  03/04/2007: Steve D from Bergen County, NJ writes: "I'm already familiar with using H202 but after reading about Bill's inhalation method, I became intrigued. I used food grade 35% h202. I have used it for many years and yes, if you do not know what you are doing, are not good at mixing things, or have never used it before, please find someone who has and have them prepare it for you. Or you will most likely injure yourself. I used a 1 ounce nasal spray bottle with 4 drops of 3% H202 35% solution. I firmly believe in starting with minute dosages and working up. Better safe than sorry. After the first application of 2 pumps, my sinuses stared to open up more than they have been and there was a deepening of my breathing. I waited for 30 minutes and did 2 more pumps and noticed my head begin to clear. I have been noticing more improvements along with minor die-off effects. That is why I started with a low potency of 4 drops. Too much die-off could be potentially deadly for some people with a weak immune and especially eliminative system. So far, it is working extremely well for me and I will keep increasing the number of H202 drops in the spray bottle as time goes on. Remember that as effective as something as this is, you need to be educated on how toxicity is accumulated in your body and why your organs of elimination need to be working properly. Otherwise the die-off from killing the negative condition may be more uncomfortable than what you were suffering from."

DIABETES

1 QUESTION

[QUESTION]  11/06/2009: John from Brantford, Ontario, Canada writes: "l am 70 yrs old and fairly healthy, but l have diabetes and high blood pressure. l just started taking h202 today. Using a sprayer to inhale, 35% food grade diluted to 3% and doing 4 sprays 3 times a day. l have never read any comments yet about diabetes. Does anyone know of any results if this will help diabetics?"

11/07/2009: Alice from Shingle Springs, Ca, U.S.A. replies: "I would be really cautious about using peroxide internally since your body continually uses anti-oxidants to quench the peroxides it makes to kill bacteria. If you are on medication inform your doctor of what you are using so he can adjust your medication. Fig leaf, bay leaf, geranium leaf, pelargoneum leaf and cinnamon all inhibit the absorbtion of sugar. Gymnema sylvestre is an indian herb that also does the same. I have reactive hypoglycemia, so that I get too high then too low blood sugar when I eat high carb foods. I find 1-2 tsp of crumbled dry fig leaves in a tea, and using cinnamon or garam masala on my cereal keeps me from reacting to the carbs in the cereal. I have lots of fig trees so that's cheapest for me. Also get a glycemic index to mostly avoid high glycemic foods like potatoes unless mixed with high fiber or high protein in the meal."

DIGESTIVE ISSUES

1 YEA

[YEA]  09/15/2007: Jonna from Los Angeles writes: "Lately I have been having a hell of a time with digestive issues. Not sure what is going on -- it may be that I am eating way too much hormone injected chicken and turkey now that I moved in with my partner, who has to eat meat at least once a day or he gets sick. On the other hand, I ate a Trader Joe's garlic naan last week at home with a homemade curry and woke up to extreme abdominal pain and brain fog. Second time that happened with the naan, will have to check the ingredients next time I go. So perhaps I am allergic to wheat now. I don't know. At any rate, after a week of snail's pace recovery with Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda, molasses, etc., I decided to a) eat vegetarian and b) do Bill Munro's h202 inhalation therapy. I started the peroxide therapy yesterday at about noon. By 8pm the brain fog that I have had for a week disappeared. This morning, exactly 24 hours later, my digestive tract finally feels back to normal. No more abdominal pain. I did 6 pumps of 3% h202 (drugstore brand) every 2- 3 hours. I think eating only rice and vegetables the last few days was helpful too. Yahoo!"

10/11/2007: Joyce from Joelton, Tn. replies: "Hi Jonna, don't give up on the wheat yet! If you are eating bleached flour bread, try going to l00% whole wheat bread. If the problem decreases, then work on eliminating all bleached flour products, and this takes some thought because a lot of noodles, pastas, thickening in soups, dressings, sauces, saltine crackers contain bleached flour. Also, before you give up on eating chicken and turkey, read the ingredients on the package (even on the raw chicken that you have to take home and cook). If it lists chicken broth, natural flavors or natural flavoring package contains monosodiumglutamate."

1 BETTER BUT NOT CURED

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  03/27/2009: Pam from Pittsburgh, PA writes: "I have been inhaling peroxide for about a month now-the first couple of weeks I was sick with laryngitis (I believe that was my body's way of getting rid of bacteria). Now when I inhale it, I only experience the positive effects of it once in awhile. The very first day I did it, I felt more alert, then I was sick with laryngitis, now I only feel alert and more energy once or twice a week (I am inhaling it every 4 hours or so and 5-7 sprays). Am I doing it wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated!"

03/27/2009: Jane from Seattle, Wa replies: "To Pam: I have been doing the peroxide inhalation on and off for the last 2 years and can tell you it doesn't necessarily give you more energy if you have candida and fungus issues. FATIGUE

2 YEA

[YEA]  10/31/2007: Christiane from Los Angeles, CA writes: "I have been experimenting with several remedies. I have been doing the HP inhalation for a few weeks now but only when fatigued. I use a throat spray bottle and spray a few times until I cough while inhaling, that seems to be the only way that I can determine that it's not just coating the back of my throat. I notice that it works almost immediately to get me out of that "desperately need more sleep" haze. It lifts that "heavy" feeling. I tried it again 2 days ago when I only got 4 hours of sleep with the intent that if I did the HP inhalation and it worked AGAIN then I would be convinced. I'm completely convinced for fatigue purposes at this time. I intend to increase my usage soon.

Also, I read where someone mentioned using iodine on cysts. I am using it on a cyst (may be caused by an ingrown hair or not!)on my shin, about the size of the circumferance of a sharpie marker. I started this a few weeks ago and was applying the iodine once a day for about 3 days straight. Then I forgot about it. I just happened to look this morning and it has shrunk by about half and the skin on top just peeled off. I will be starting up again today to see if I can get rid of it completely over the next week or so.

I have Candida but no insurance and I was trying a product that has been rated as the number 1 recommended product. Unfortunately, it felt like my kidneys were not happy about it so I had to get off of it. I am going to try some other methods to see if it helps. I'll post when I know more."

FOOD GRADE PEROXIDE

1 QUESTION

[QUESTION]  11/08/2009: Anthony from Durban, Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa writes: "There is one question regarding 35% Food grade H2O2 I would like to know?

I mix 35% with distilled water 11 to 1 and store it in a Plastic spray bottle in my bathroom which is cool. This container is the type you would buy from your local hardware store to mix weed killer etc. My concern is that the plastic may contain toxins which could leech into and may contaminate the H2O2? I know glass is pure and clean?"
