Urine therapy works. I remember feeling depressed, anxious, and cloudy headed, unable to concentrate. I drank about a cup of my own urine, and literally minute later felt a rush of energy and this sense of happiness come over me. Urine therapy and taking a cold shower for 60-seconds are amazing cures for a lot of health problems. It's not disgusting--just hold your nose and drink it in the shower. It will cure your physical problems and eliminate your depression. There's books written about it, too. Get them at your local library or from Amazon. Thanks! Kris http://www.curebug.com

Any urologist will tell you that urine as it comes from the stream is a "sterile" fluid containing mostly vitamins, minerals, proteins, hormones, with some urea. Urea is not something that can be taken in large amounts, but is the same product you will find in a cream from the drug store if you have gotten a prescription for foot fungus. Yes peeing on your foot can clear up fungus. Someone said it is dirty, disgusting and "these people need educated". Andrea you are the one that needs educated. The urea is a prime source of cure for many fungal problems and other types of ailments. For over 5000 years it has shown to be effective in many ways. Just as acupunture is known to work by modern medicine, so has urine therapy found a medical following in doctors and researchers. Yes it is strange to many and that is way many don't mention it. Does it work and is it clean? Yes ! Or I should say "yes" as long was the urine you use is yours and you don't have a urinary tract infection. Sharing someone else's urine would be a bad choice.

Hi,

This is my first time posting. I recently started Urine Therapy for my case of Prurigo Nodularis. I wanted to know about Urine Injections. No doctor really wants to help me with this. I want to do these injections at home. I am nervous to do this as I've never done it before. Has anyone done Urine Injections? How did you do it exactly? I live in California and I don't really know where to buy injections for home use. I have a lot of research to do and thought I should reach out to you guys who have experience.

Thanks

Regarding Prurigo Nodularis disease- you are to apply urine dipped cloth for few minutes at a time and follow it 3 to 4 times daily but in any case do not your skin at any time with any thing even please do not rub or massage with towel, and not to rub or massage with hand/fingers and do not wash immediately that part and do not use soap or shampoo on that part and if possible do not wash for at least for few hours after application of urine so you can get well.

Please use cotton cloths and not to use any synthetic cloth neither for wearing and not for any other use.

regards, Dr Lodha

Clearing Up the Misconceptions
If you asked a person on the street what uric acid is, he or she would invariably answer that it's a toxic body waste. No so, say medical researchers at the University of California at Berkeley who in 1982 reported they had discovered that "uric acid destroys body-damaging, cancer-causing free radicals and is considered to be one of the physiological factors that enable human beings to live so much longer than other mammals."

But what about urea? Urea is in urine and isn't that the toxic stuff that causes uremic poisoning? Actually, medical researchers discovered many decades ago that urea, far from being a toxic body waste, is an incredibly versatile, far-reaching and effective medicinal agent. In numerous medical studies, it was shown that urea is one of the most potent non-toxic virucidal agents ever discovered. In one particular study, the rabies and polio virus [sic] were killed so quickly and efficiently by concentrated urea, that even the laconic researchers themselves were surprised: "Urea is such a relatively inactive substance and certainly not a protoplasmic poison such as are most virucidal agents, that it is in a way surprising that rabies and poliomyelitis are killed so easily by urea solutions" (McKay & Schroeder, Society of Experimental Biology, 1936).

In reality, Urea is an FDA-approved medicinal agent that doctors and researchers utilize in an amazing variety of therapeutic modalities. Because of its remarkable and comprehensive anti-neoplastic (anti-tumor) properties, it's presently being used in anti-cancer drugs and is extensively studied for use in cancer treatments. The urea compound drug, glicazide, is used successfully by the medical establishment in treating both insulin-dependent and non-insulin-dependent diabetics.

As a natural diuretic, urea is unparalleled, and is a proven and accepted treatment in cases of edema or swelling such as excess cerebral and spinal pressure, glaucoma, epilepsy, meningitis, even premenstrual edema and many other disorders in which excess fluid is a problem. As one American neurosurgeon reported regarding a patient who nearly died form complications following brain surgery: "Urea was administered intravenously as an emergency measure. Within 20 minutes from the start of injection, her blood pressure had returned to normal....from this time on her recovery was uneventful. In this case, urea was definitely life-saving, because prior to its administration, the patient's survival was unlikely. In many similar instances urea was found to be life-saving" (Dr. M. Javid, University of Wisconsin).

The Physiological Answer to a Therapeutic Mystery
The medical findings on urine and urine constituents are overwhelming, and yet it's difficult for most people to understand why our bodies excrete elements that are so obviously valuable to human health and well-being.

The commonly-asked question, "If your urine is so good for you, why does your body excrete it?" is best answered by looking into how our kidneys function. As your blood moves through the circulatory system, it flows through the kidneys at a rate of about 1200 ml of blood per minute. Inside the kidneys, the blood is continuously filtered through a huge system of minute tubules called nephron which sift out excess water, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, salts, and hundreds of other elements including vital antibodies, urea and uric acid.

A large portion of these key physiological elements are reabsorbed into the bloodstream, but a certain amount of critical blood constituents are pooled by the kidney into a liquid which doctors refer to as a "plasma ultrafiltrate" (we call it urine). Much of this sterile, nutrient filled ultrafiltrate, or urine, is reabsorbed and some remains in the kidney for a period of time and is eventually released into a tube called the urethra which empties the urine into the bladder where it is finally excreted. Now you're probably wondering why the body excretes valuable nutrients, water, hormones, enzymes, etc. that are critical to body functioning. Doesn't it make more sense to retain these elements? If urine is a collection of such life-sustaining elements, why does the body get rid of it?

The answer is that the kidneys excrete a portion of urine as a way of removing certain key elements in your blood that are simply not needed at a specific point in time. For instance, you've just been out jogging. You come home and have one or two big glasses of water to drink. Now at this point you've probably taken in more water than your body actually needs. But not to worry -- your kidneys will balance the amount of water delivered into your bloodstream by your copious water drinking and through the urine will excrete whatever amount of water from the blood that isn't needed at the time.

Now water is certainly a life-sustaining element the body cannot do without. So why is it excreted from the body? The answer is obvious. There are times when there's too much water in your system and it needs to be excreted.

It's a physiological fact that in order for us to function normally, the amounts or concentrations of every element in our blood must be carefully and strictly controlled and this is done by the kidneys. Too much water in the blood is fatal. Too much salt in the blood is deadly. As wonderful a nutrient as vitamin C is, too high a concentration of it or any nutrient could kill you. This is why the kidneys excrete valuable elements from the body -- too much of any good thing isn't good for your health.

The same is true of urea. People who have heard of uremic poisoning are surprised when they read the medical research showing urea to be a widely-used, FDA-approved medicine. But just like any other element in the blood, urea only becomes dangerous to the body when the kidneys are damaged or diseased and can't properly balance the amount of urea (and all other substances) in the bloodstream.

Your kidneys aren't doing damage to your body by getting rid of particular excess nutrients, they're just simply excreting the precise amount not presently needed by your body at a given time. And the same goes for practically every nutrient, enzyme, hormone, antibody, etc. that are critical to your survival -- the kidneys keep what your body needs at a certain time, and excretes what it isn't momentarily using into your urine. And as medical scientists and doctors have discovered, these urinary ingredients extracted from the blood can be therapeutic magic bullets.

To Rhonda from Tallahassee 7/30/07 re urine therapy. Hi Rhonda, Browsing Earth Clinic and came across your query re urine therapy. I haven't gotten past the "yuk" thinking myself but can help out by passing on second hand information which I found very informative.

In the absence of a urinary tract infection, urine is a sterile solution. Prior to WWI, and maybe after, it was uncouth for a soldier/ warrior to pass up a wounded comrade without stopping to urinate in/on his wound to cleanse it. I have also been told that when plasma was unavailable at the battlefront, urine was given IV, to replace lost blood volume in emergency situations, thereby saving many lives. Come to think of it, maybe that is what the USA anethesiologist was thinking about when some nurses reported that they observed him urinating into a container while in the operating room and adding it to the patient's IV fluids. Apparently it caused the patients no harm but it did create some problems for the anethesiologist. Somehow IV urine seems more appealing than oral urine.

There is a book titled "Your Own Perfect Medicine" which will tell you all about urine therapy and the chemical contents of urine, and many positive testamonials from users who should know- one I recall was a fellow with full blown AIDS and looked, and said he felt fine, 14 years after his initial diagnosis - but this didn't occur until after he started the urine therapy & found it worked. Another I remember was a female with severe rheumatoid arthritis who also sang its praises. I did suggest that a friend with Parkinson's disease try it as a last resort, because orthodox medicine had accelerated the downhill slide instead of halting it. If he ever got up the courage to try it, he didn't tell me about it. He went to the big family reunion over a year ago. From reading about it, the worst side effect would be getting past that "YUK".

The only other information I can pass on came from listening to the radio on the way home one morning (PBS I think) when that melodious voiced Paul Harvey came on. He went into detail about some Asian fellow who was stopped by customs officials at the airport and intensively interogated for several hours before letting him proceed on to his destination. PH said the customs officials told him that the reason they stopped him was they couldn't believe that he was as old as stated on his passport when he looked so much younger, but since he gave them all the correct answers they had to accept that the passport was actually his and asked him what he did to look so young. The man's answer to that was the only thing he did different from others he knew, was that he drank a glass of his own urine every day.

PH said he got to wondering and called a friend in medical research and asked him if there was anything in urine that would keep you looking young if you drank it. His answer was that he couldn't answer that question because as far as he knew, no study had been done on that. PH said he then asked his friend if he had ever tasted urine himself. The answer was "yes, indeed I have and it tastes remarkably like beer".

Beer, in my opinion, should be put back in the horse, but maybe this little bit of second hand information can help you "beer lovers" get past the "YUK" bit, if you ever need "Your Own Perfect Medicine".

One further bit of information, a patient told me that drinking your own urine as medicine came from the Bible. Where it speaks of "drinking from your own fountain" was interpreted as drinking your own urine. During the past year I read that one survivor was rescued past the point of expecting to find anyone buried in the rubble (earthquake) to be alive. This was somewhere in India. Sadly he said his wife and son also survived the quake but died because they refused to drink their urine as he did. Of course this would be due to dehydration.

Now most people react like I did when I first heard about this. I remember I heard it on the radio one morning and I thought, I am open minded but I could never imagine doing that. So then a few years later I came across it again, starting doing some research. Read about 15 books on it and thought, hmm maybe I should try this. What was/is it. Urine therapy. Now if you are now quite ready to ingest it there are still many ways to use it. I always put a drop in my eyes in the AM, I have never worn glasses and feel it does good. But sometimes when my eyes get dry or sore it is really amazing the relief from this.

NOw the other use is for shaving, my face. Yes I heard this and thought, I can't imagine this working on my face, I have a somewhat heavy beard and sensitive skin. Well I thought instead of spending $10 on Shaving cream, I buy the good stuff from Whole Foods, I would try it. Well it was truly amazing, I thought my face would be really red and scratchy afterwards becuase it is so light but it works amazingly well. Here is how I do it. I use my AM pee and try to use it while still warm, if not I keep it and reheat it in a cup in hot or warm water. Then I have a glass of Warm Pee, and a glass of hot water. I get my face wet with warm water and then sometimes splash my face with Pee/ or not, and then I dip my razor in the glass of Pee and make one or two strokes. Then I rinse it off in the hot water. I do this so my sink doesn't get smelly. It typically takes me 7 minutes to shave. I have to be careful not to let the urine run down my chest because once it gets in your hair, it really stays and well I don't really want to smell like Pee all day. Hey that's just me. The most convenient way is when I use it in the shower and then it usually gets washed down the sink and there is no smell.

I will also just use it as splash on my face.

Hope this doesn't freak ya'll out too much. I have many more stories and experience with it. Contact me if you like.

Once as a little kid I had an ear infection. My grandmother said she would cure it in the morning. In the meantime she put hydorgen peroxide in my ear.

Next morning she had my younger brother pee in a cup when he first woke up and poured it in my ear. Then drained/sucked it out with a syringe. My brother thought that was the funniest thing and a way to get back at me for picking at him, lol. It worked. I was better in no time.

IN reply to miniam from Delhi. After sleeping for a few months on a very soft bed, and sitting for hours on the computer, I had developed a permanent lower back pain that woud not let me do sports, it was very painful when sitting or standing up. I tried to put coconut oil and it did alleviate. BUT urine therapy has been an overnight cure. I tried it in the summer and it worked great for my skin. I just stopped doing it cause my family was noticing something weird. But the thing is IM back to urine therapy mornings and after only 2 days pain is gone.

Commonly known as Urine therapy, used in India and even since the biblical times, they have been using urine to drink and to use in skin also.

Of course our society find this hard to accept, so we go to a more cleaner solution in finding the active components of why urine is so effective.

Basically it is the urea component and the osmolarity of sodium and potassium. However in certain bacteria, such as e. coli, which is most resistant are more sensitive to urea components than it is for the ammonia (in the urine), the osmolarity(salts), or the pH. In this case, we can consider that urea, which is available found in a local fertilizer, is the active components against certain bacteria. You can perhaps buy them yourself and use that as a skin lotion or antiseptic solution using a urea, and perhaps a concentrated sea salt solution added. This is the closest artificial urine without using the real thing.

Urea is most effective when urine pH is between 5.5 to 6.5 for e.coli. But this may not be true for other bacteria.

However, it is interesting to note that you can increase urea by eating very salty fishes to increase urea (a protein by product) which will increase both urea, and osmolarity enough to kill the urinary tract infection by something as simple as the food we eat. For me at least just a tablespoon of sea salt would kill the urinary tract infection, but it won't work for everyone. So perhaps eating fishes would invariably increase the urea, plus some cranberry juice, where its active component in my opinion comes from the benzoate found naturally in the cranberry.

Another component of urine, which is in much smaller amount is hydroxyurea, which is basically a reaction between hydroxylamine hcl with baking soda, and can actually be found in urine and also have some antibacterial and antiviral components too. Some conventional medicine use this for anti-cancer treatment, but in my opinion the dose is way too high and should lower the dose but with higher bicarbonates instead.

Different organisms have different sensitivity necessary to reduce their numbers and may effect a kill, either salts (osmolarity), pH (usually alkalinity), or certain biological by products such as urea.

It not sup rising that many cosmetic preparation often add about 10% urea also to help with the skin or another form of such as Diazolidinyl Urea in most skin preparations.

It is probably why urine therapy was used in the olden times for cancer and other conditions, it is perhaps the urea, as well as the antioxidant charges (most urine oxidation reduction potentials are often negative in value, while most of the food we drinks are strongly positive in value) and therefore an oxidant. There are other components too, besides that. I cut and paste a simple study on just urea on its effect of e.coli, in case you are wondering why urine works. I prefer a more chemical means of using urea directly, perhaps because of my chemistry background and that I haven't quite yet grown accustomed to using them in the original form! Ted

Antibacterial activity of human urine

Donald Kaye
1Department of Medicine, The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, New York 10021

This article has been cited by other articles in PMC.

Abstract
The fate of bacteria in human urine was studied after inoculation of small numbers of Escherichia coli and other bacterial strains commonly implicated in urinary tract infection. Urine from normal individuals was often inhibitory and sometimes bactericidal for growth of these organisms. Antibacterial activity of urine was not related to lack of nutrient material as addition of broth did not decrease inhibitory activity. Antibacterial activity was correlated with osmolality, urea concentration and ammonium concentration, but not with organic acid, sodium, or potassium concentration. Between a pH range of 5.0-6.5 antibacterial activity of urine was greater at lower pH. Ultrafiltration and column chromatography to remove protein did not decrease antibacterial activity.

Urea concentration was a more important determinant of antibacterial activity than osmolality or ammonium concentration. Increasing the urea of a non inhibitory urine to equal that of an inhibitory urine made the urine inhibitory. However, increasing osmolality (with sodium chloride) or increasing ammonium to equal the osmolality or ammonium of an inhibitory urine did not increase antibacterial activity. Similarly, dialysis to decrease osmolality or ammonium but preserve urea did not decrease inhibitory activity. Decreasing urea with preservation of ammonium and osmolality decreased antibacterial activity. Removal of ammonium with an ion exchanger did not decrease antibacterial activity, whereas conversion of urea to ammonium with urease and subsequent removal of the ammonium decreased antibacterial activity.

Urine collected from volunteers after ingestion of urea demonstrated a marked increase in antibacterial activity, as compared with urine collected before ingestion of urea.

I tried urine therapy about 4 years ago after hearing about it from a friend of mine, a kundalini yoga instructor. I decided what the heck, sounds disgusting, but the health benefits sound great! So there I was, drinking my urine first thing in the morning. After 48 hours I got a rash on my stomach that lasted about 2 months. I did this for about 3 weeks. I then asked my doctor to give me a blood test to make sure everything looked okay. He called me immediately upon receiving the results to tell me my uric acid levels were very high and I could develop kidney stones. I was too embarrassed to tell him it was probably caused by drinking my own piss. NO WAY! At any rate, I stopped the therapy right away (I never experienced any health benefits from it) and my uric acid levels went back to normal. I still NEVER admit that I have tried this therapy!

Yet again, when a rash develops after this sort of therapy and others, such as using coconut oil or apple cider vinegar, that means the body is detoxifying. And when your body detoxifies, the toxins must come out somewhere. For some it is with bowel movements, others with rashes. In your case the toxins are leaving through the skin.

I too had a problem with the uric acid. After several days of drinking a huge glass of "it, " I developed symptoms of gout, and my big toe and the ball joint beneath it were hurting. I immediately went to the gout section on this website and read that gout is caused by too much uremic acid. (Uremic means ""contaminating the blood with urine. ") Then I discovered that one of the remedies for gout was alfalfa, which I happened to have on hand. I took 5 capsules for 3 days, and the toe pain was gone completely. I continued to take alfalfa for 5 more days just to make sure my body was back in balance. I guess this therapy was not "my cup of pee. "

Yes - well, maybe drinking HUGE glassfuls was not the brightest thing to do. As with anything like this there is a limit to how much should be taken. It is high in Urea so it is not wise to take too much - and when you start any kind of natural treatment it is best to start with a little and gradually increase - but to a moderate amount.

Just because it didn't work because you drank too much doesn't mean it doesn't work - and wouldn't work if you took a more moderate amount - say an ounce or two.

Like many things - more is not necessarily better.

In 1996 Martha Christie was given 6 weeks to live and went home to die( much more detailed story in her book)... Her husband brought her Armstrong's book and she cured herself in 2 months... She then wrote a book which is in it's 3rd or 4th printing... There are currently hundreds of people who have testimonials in her latest edition with real names and real e mail addresses and land addresses... I have become fascinated by urine therapy and micronised zeolite powder. I have tried combining both with alkalized/ionized water. Amazingly, my urine ORP and pH dramatically improved in just one day. My ORP went from -ve 20 mV to -ve 120 mV and my pH went from about 6.6 to 7.5 (1st morning urine is about 6.8).

I have been focusing on alkalizing for about 6 months now. The changes I have noticed are:

1. A large 15 year-old wart on my thigh has disappeared.

2. Fungus in my toenails have grown out.

3. The bad arthritis in my right knee (from a cartilage removal) is now substantially better - I may be able to avoid a knee replacement.

4. My chronic insomnia problem (and depression) has virtually disappeared.

5. Candida symptoms have disappeared.

And after my partner started to take the zeolite, her liver tests and blood pressure improved substantially in two weeks. Research shows it has been successfully used for cancer and liver diseases.

An associate used the zeolite powder as a skin treatment (as a clay mask) for psoriasis and it was mostly cured within 6 weeks. It makes a great clay mask for skin treatment.

WARNING!

Years ago I wanted to try urine therapy. Unfortunately, I suffered extremely adverse reaction in form of panic attacks accompanied by mild hallucinations. I am not given at all to these symptoms normally. I stopped the urine therapy and the symptoms took two whole months to subside. Unfortunately, after a while I wanted to try if it was really the urine therapy which caused that. Same thing happened and it took yet again 2 months until my symptoms subsided. I never had these feelings before and after.

I would have put it down to 'one of those things' but my husband - poor thing - experienced exactly the same symptoms: confidence disappeared, fearful of everyone and even a period of impotence. He immediately stopped the urine therapy - and luckily his symptoms all went away. He was wiser than me and never tried it again.

Years later I spoke to an ayurvedic therapist about this and she told me that if you have eaten meat in your life your urine is toxic and that this therapy is only safe with baby urine.

Be careful, people! Even the most benign regime does not work for everyone!

I am going to have to disagree totally with your ayurvedic therapist, Corinna. I was a meat eater for 30 years before I ever tried UT and it has never had any dire effects on me. I will admit that I had done a lot of detoxing prior to ever using UT so this may have helped.

I also have to disagree. I have been a meat eater my whole life as well. I have been practicing urine therapy for about 3 years now. And have gotten over colds and flus without any anti-biotics. It's helped with allergies and is great and healed my chonic sinus issues.

I first tried it after taking somthing called Lauricidin which every time I have taken it has made me very sick with flu like symtoms the seem to go into my chest. Funny I'm never sick if I don' take that stuff (it's supposed to pevent flus and colds. I'll never take that stuff again)

Anyway the UT always has gotten me well. I drink about 4-5 ounces every morning. Rinse my sinuses with it and it been a great beneifit to me. You have to start slowly. The fact that both you and your husband has similar reactions tells me you guys either have a dietary or envronmental toxicity issue that becuase what you are talking about it NOT normal. And I have read much on UT and have never heard anything about you can't do it if you eat meat.

Urine therapy has no such side effects I've ever read in all my research on it, or my experience with it, especially the part about 'inducing fear'. It is just filtered blood, ie water and minerals etc. How can that cause hallucinations? That is not scientifically possible so you must have been taking other substances and overdosed. When drinking urine, any medicines or weird mind-altering drugs you have taken are 're-taken' with each urine drink, growing in concentration each day.

I have found urine therapy to be a wonderful thing. I began when I had cancer. A month later I had the cancer removed but kept drinking my urine, and the cancer simply never returned. Because I took no drugs etc, it was safe to keep drinking my urine. For people who worry about urea - I have read that when you drink it and it goes to your stomach, urea is actually broken down and digested, it does not simply go into your blood from your stomach without digesting, think about it. So those people who had blood tests with very high urea must have another cause to that medical problem. I agree that hives sounds exactly like a healing crisis.

I have gotten out of the habit of drinking urine, probably because my health has been okay lately. But I think it is so important to remember and then do it periodically again for a few months. I wonder if it helps with stress? I'm going to start testing this out. It is incredible on burns; stops pain immediately and when applied immediately, I've had burns disappear overnight, completely gone!

One thing I found it not to heal is my Chronic Fatigue, but I might just give it another go. But then again, chronic fatigue could be caused by environmental factors (ie electromagnetic radiation) which would explain how things like that can't be cured by urine. Maybe I need to get away from phone towers!

I think I will start a new batch of experiments with urine and my body. It is amazing on skin, I just believe in this treatment so much to get rid of bacteria in the body, a probable cause of my cancer, and also keeping the body alkaline. Please people don't be put off by any postings by obvious trolls you find anywhere online who try to make up the worst possible untruths to scare you.... Try it for yourself. Your own filtered blood cannot hurt you, and you can always try just an inch in a glass then filled to the top with juice. Just remember do not do this if you take any drugs/medications, as you are redosing each time and can overdose, not good.

Thanks for this website I have just discovered.

Urine therapy has a long and positive history, so I am really interested when I hear about negative experiences that seem to go beyond garden-variety detoxification symptoms.

I know that then people are given IV EDTA for heavy metal poisoning, the urine is tested afterward for the presence of heavy metals and other poisonous substances. The results of the test confirm whether or not there is a problem with heavy metal in the body. If urine therapy has the ability to help the body eliminate various toxins, is it possible that heavy metals - at least some of them - will end up back in the urine and act in a negative way on the patient? Just as doing urine therapy while on medication can cause problems? This seems plausible to me, and suggests that it may be wise for some people to precede urine therapy with a heavy metal removal protocol, and to continue with it during urine therapy.

While undergoing allergy elimination therapy and subsequent training in that technique, I learned that it is possible to be allergic to one's own body fluids, and that the energetic treatment for this can result in elimination of whatever symptoms were associated with that allergy. This made me wonder whether some people who have negative results with urine therapy could benefit from allergy testing and treatment for this sensitivity, and subsequently be able to fully benefit from it.

I also have noted a lot of concern here about using urine when there is a kidney or bladder infection causing bacterial contamination of the urine. In John Armstrong's book, there was not mention of concern with this despite using bacteria-infested urine to treat people with kidney and bladder disorders. But just as other posters have mentioned using essential oils like Bergamot and Lavender to deal with the odor issues of urine therapy, perhaps using essential oils that are suitable for ingestion along with urine might alleviate concerns on this point.

Hi,

Sorry I too have to disagree with this. When taking urine you should also rub urine in to your face, neck, hands and feet. This stops any side effect and the only one I know off is palpitations.

As for the side effects described and the advise given is utter nonsense.

Download or buy the book The waters of life, great read and excellent book.

Thank you!

Precisely because of heavy metal poisoning concerns I discontinued Amaroli after 2 years of use. Although I have to confirm improvement of skin appearance, sleep quality, mental clarity and not the least... :) it's a powerful aphrodisiac.

Applying a well kept urine at a wounded spot quickens the healing process. Besides the instant pain due to wound's contact with the urine, a wonderful experience follows there after which soothes and calms down all the pain experience! For a number of years, this has been my experience! What a wonderful medication!
