MSM, DMSO
★★★★★
I have started the following regimen a week ago:
In the evening I put a few drops of 70 % DMSO on a little cotton ball and put on my face and neck (which I clear with 1:1 organic ACV beforehand). After the DMSO application I immediately follow with putting a few drops of Organic Seabuckthorn Oil (be careful with your pillow, it is a bit orange). I apply that with one very clean finger and massage it in a little. Then I sleep. The next morning all it totally absorbed and the skin feels soft and smooth. I clean it with wiping it again with 1:1 organic ACV and then leave it alone. Do that 2 nights and give one night a break and then continue.
I have not had such smooth and baby-like skin in decades. Also the drinking of MSM makes a great combination to nourish the skin with sulfur from the inside. I am going to use this regimen for my hands as well. As for the rest of the body's skin I will try other oils such as organic Argan Oil or Hemp seed oil as the Organic Seabuckthorn Oil comes in a small bottle and is more expensive.
Would love to learn about who else has had rejuvenation experiences with DMSO and MSM.

I wanted to share a tip I learned from your website. I wash my face with a mild soap. Once or twice a week, I exfoliate with a paste made from Baking Soda and water, rinse thoroughly. Twice a day, for a toner I use the organic ACV. For moisturizer, I use organic EV coconut oil. I am in my late 40's and my skin looks better than people much younger than me. Initially, I have been using Light EV olive oil for some five years, then switched to the above regiment since finding this website about two months ago.
Another tip I learned from your website is regarding athlete's feet: My husband has a re-occurring case. He's tried prescription meds and over the counter creams, but nothing has really worked. First I have organic ACV in a spray bottle, spray his feet and let it air dry. Then I apply EV coconut oil. Any rough areas I use a pumice stone. A noticeable difference can be seen within a few days. I made a believer out of my husband!

In my youth, my dermatologist prescribed 50,000 I. U. S of VITAMIN A per day for my acne. This worked well, but after a while I began to experience extreem hair loss (too much of a good thing). So I began to apply it topically, I had even better results.
Because my mom practically raised me at our local health food store, we followed the recommendations of the store owner, TEA TREE OIL, applied after cleansing. I loved this stuff and still use it on occasion.
Mom also steamed her face regularly with SENNA LEAVES, I also did this. However, I was young and not that smart... I thought the heat was what was helping my skin so I began to wash my face with extreemly hot water (do not do this! I broke a ton of blood vessels on my face and no, those never went away).
Later, I found facial cleansers with SALICYLIC ACID and this helped a great deal. Look for one that is natural.
Now that I am older (43) I do not have the acne problems, Just wanting to keep my youth. I rarely use cleansers (only when I wear makeup), I just exfoliate with BAKING SODA, then I use an ALGAE EXTRACT solution (this has algenic acid that helps to lightly exfoliate). It is important to exfoliate (we need to get the dead skin off so our skin can better ABSORB MOISTURE). Algae extract is also packed with minerals that also benefit our skin (when our skin is mineralized it can better HOLD MOISTURE). (I have used algae extract for the last 15 years and can truely see a difference in my skin and my girl friends' skin). I follow up with one of three oils: JOJOBA OIL (they say it is most like our skins natural skin "oils"), SHEA BUTTER (I use the unrefined stuff from Africa... this is great stuff for dry winters), or COCONUT OIL.
I am currently experimenting with applying powdered VITAMIN C mixed with a touch of water (Vit. C helps build collegen). And today I am starting to supplement with ASTAXANTHIN. After reading an article on how well it works for wrinkles. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/05/25/sunscreen-and-wrinkle-prevention-in-a-pill.aspx
I also just ordered a book on FACIAL EXERCISES (15 minutes a day... I can do this, I hope! ).
My mom is a HOT MOMA, I owe a lot to her, for her knowledge and her genes.

Hi Jeepgirl - This may not even be applicable, but if you put a laptop on your lap/knees, you can experience extreme sensitivity in your skin - especially the left side. I've read that the optical drives of laptops are located on the left side and can damage skin. Some people even put their laptops on their stomachs while stretched out on the couch or bed. Perhaps a light massage of aloe vera gel (or even coconut oil) with a few drops of lavender essential oil mixed in might help with the sensitivity until you find the true cause of it. Good luck!

So sorry about your dad. This is an amazing site, so many helpful people. I am so impressed. I hope someone can help me! I have been taking the following combination of pills and supplements for the last 2 weeks. Prescription drugs ;
Lovazo caps 1000 2 caps twice a day
Niaspan ER Tabs 1 Daily
Seroqel 100mg 1 Daily
Arimidex Tabs 1 Daily
Simvastatin Tabs 1 Daily
OTC
81 mg aspirin 1 Daily
Calcium 600 w/ Vitamin D3 2 Daily
Grape Seed 400 mg 1 Daily
Hyaluronic Acid 50 mg 2 Daily
Ester C 1000 mg 1 Daily
Acidophyilus 1 Cap Daily
In addition to this I am also taking 3 tablespoons of organic ACV. I stumbled upon this site looking for a natural cure for my Main Coon Rescue that had a nasty ear infection with vertigo that I took in in mid August of this year. I was amazed at all the information that was available not only for pets but humans too. Needless to say, I started reading all the posts and found myself wanting to try quite a few of them which I have. I am now having a problem and I 'm not sure what is causing it. I started the ACV, Grape Seed, HA, Ester C, & Acidophilus in addition to the other medications & Supplements that I have been on for the last 4 years. My facial skin has gotten extremely dry. I have been cleansing my face with baking soda and applying jojoba oil to face and neck. Only my face and neck are extremely dry. I am hoping someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. Prior to adding the above treatments, I had combination skin. I have also ordered Food Grade H202 and now I am wondering if I am doing too much too soon. Haven't taken the H202 yet, as I want to remedy this problem first. Thanks in advance to anyone who has taken the time to read this post and tried to help.
For total skin care read the information on Virgin coconut oil, add at least 3 tablespoons a day to your food as you eat it, use a small amount to massage into areas of skin that have need of improvement. If it was me I would stop taking all oral supplements for 2 weeks (except any doctor prescribe meds, unless you speak with your doctor about a temporary stop) give your liver a chance to clear up, drink a lot of clean water, be sure you are having good BM, s everyday, eat fresh fruit and a lot of green vegs. EXTERNALLY: Instead of soaps, I wash with Aura Acacia lavender scented mineral salts, (consisting of: baking soda, sea salt, borax and lavender essential oil) I use it on my whole body, NOTE: On my face I am VERY gentle to avoid breaks in the skin, it exfoliates the skin, and afterwards your skin feels AMAZING! Then I use Jojoba oil to moisturize and organic toner to replace the pH on my skin. The whole process leaves my skin glowing and smooth, not oily or shiny.
INTERNALLY: I take Hyaluronic Acid, which helps keep skin hydrated and smooth, Omega-3 (2) 1000 to 1200 caps per day, and several minerals including calcium, magnesium etc. Drink plenty of water, the more alkaline you stay the better, avoiding the acid stuff like dairy, or red meats. I exercise daily as well. The result is I hardly get sick, and look years younger, as a bonus, men notice me more and many times they are younger than me!

I did this last night, and this afternoon at nearly 4 p.m., the deep creases in my forehead are still plumped out! It's like Botox without needles, and a lot less expensive. So now instead of spending a lot of money on various facial cleansers, toners, moisturizers, and various anti-aging unguents, it only costs a few dollars for the honey, ACV, and jojoba oil.

Be sure to store either the oil or the seeds in the fridge or freezer to prevent them from going rancid, which this oil does easily. This is also a good preventative against breast cancer.
Also, flax seed oil is an excellent moisturizer and healing agent used topically on the skin. I am experimenting with this oil in making my own lotions and creams. I remember using Noxzema on my face as a teenager and the compliments I got after using it to clear up a few zits. One of the main natural ingredients in Noxzema is linseed oil, aka flax seed oil.
Something else you can do is make a cream using shea nut or cocoa butter instead of coconut oil. Coconut oil is recommended as a moisturizer for those with oily skin. You can take 1 cup of nut butter, melt and add 1/2 cup of another oil like apricot kernal, rosehip seed oil, flax seed oil or jojoba oil plus a teaspoon of vitamin E oil as a preservative. Simmer only or use a double boiler so you don't destroy the healing properties of the butters and oils, then pour into jars for use. This thins the butter and adds other oils for more skin nutrients. The key in applying any cream or lotion on the skin is to apply it to damp skin to seal in the moisture.
Another thing to do that's highly recommended is to a body scrub with an oil and either salt or sugar or both added. In a container, add about 1/2 of the salt or sugar and add enough oil to cover about 1/4 inch above the mixture. This exfoliates the dead skin off so the water from bathing and the oils or creams applied after have a chance to penetrate into the skin. A few drops of an essential oil like rose, lavender, frankincense, carrot seed, or jasmine for dry skin will scent the cream and add healing properties to it.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of pure clean water to flush the body and rehydrate. Not drinking enough will lead to dry skin.
One last suggestion. Do an internal cleanse like Dr.Natura's Colonix internal cleansing system. I was amazed at what this product did for me, and I have written about this on a thread for heavy metal cleansing. The benefits go way beyond cleansing heavy metals. Getting rid of the accumulated gunk on your insides helps you absorb nutrients needed for your health and beauty. There are many testimonies on their website about hair, skin and nail improvements from this cleanse among many other things.
I love the suggestion about the AC vinegar. I've been researching homemade skin, body and hair care recipes and I would like to try that out. My only problem is that I do not have a bathtub. Would slathering it on my body with a sponge in the shower have the same effect?
Blessings and good luck!

Nancy's Youth Formula
★★★★★
Mix a 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera
Add a soft gel capsule Hyaluronic Acid
Add 1 CoQ-10 soft gel capsule
Add 2 Vitamin A soft gel capsule
Add 1 Vitamin E capsule (recently added)
MIX WELL!
Spend 1 hour at least applying this.
Apply in a circular motion pulling skin lightly away from deep wrinkles, so you can get this deep into the problem areas.
WARNING: Your skin will turn red almost immediately, and if you have problem acne you should test a small area first.
Make sure you apply this evenly to your face and neck (unless testing for reaction.)
When this starts to work you want all of the benefits so be sure that you get close to and under the ear, also close to the hairline.
Don't just slap this on your face and expect it to work, You have to spend a bit of time applying this.
Make sure to APPLY EVENLY TO WHOLE FACE AND NECK!
Can be Applied to lips and the back of neck.
Make sure you close your pores with a cold cloth lightly applied, don't rub. For best results apply warm cloth to face before applying to open pores.
Added Tip: Always apply a cold cloth to your face and neck after showering etc to close pores and lock in moisture.
I have noticed a "SIGNIFICANT" reduction of fine lines and deep wrinkles. I
have laugh lines and since using this I have noticed that when I smile now the line does not extend to half of my face, Smile is only around my mouth.
My skin has changed considerably to have such a dramatic occurrence.
( Vitamin E was recently added, so these changes did not include Vitamin E )

I bought a Liter of hyaluronic acid, Highest grade you can buy that will absorb into the skin. It cost $150. Should last a long time.As far as the beauty formula, That is a bit frustrating. 7 or 8 women from Earth clinic site have emailed me and have tried it.( I Think)No one has email me back with results. Maybe they are disappointed, I wish they'd tell me so.People complain about the time it takes to apply, Because I tell them to spend at least an hour on their face.Maybe I'm wrong but feel that it took a bit of time for a wrinkle to appear and if you don't work on it ,trying to reverse the affects,' then it's a waste of time.Personally,' I love the stuff, and couldn't imagine not having it as my beauty regime.I can't imagine why someone would not feel the same, as all the great ingredients in expensive beauty creams are in my cream.
I have literally spent hours, slathering this on my face and the wrinkles have diminished, not so course looking, not as deep and tighter skin. No more bags under my eyes. I thought these results were maybe my imagination, so I stopped using it for a week, then started doing it again.I get results instantly but some changes have taken awhile. I guess it is a bit like botox while its on the skin.I literally have no sagging skin on my neck when I turn my head!I used to pull the ear & cheek area back, which would smooth out the smile lines, although I still do this, I only do it to see how significant the changes are. I pull less skin in this area, I have not gained weight, actually I have lost a few pounds.Another change I have noticed is my whole body is softer, I use nothing, no creams or lotions on my body. This remedy has absorbed and hopefully I'll see some significant changes besides just the soft skin. I would love some feedback from others on this massage formula, please email me your results whether positive or negative. Thanks, Nancy

I wanted to add to my remedy another ingredient in the event someone does not visit my website so they will know to include this in the creme. 2 capsules of Astaxanthin. I thought it an important ingredient in the Fountain of Youth remedy due to it's powerful ability to fight free radicals and the fact that it works with some of the ingredients in the cream.

Hi Joy from Washington: I buy my lipstick at the health food store and, while it is very expensive, it lasts an incredibly long time because I use a lip brush to apply it. When it's near the end of the tube, I scoop out the remainder and add an equal amount of natural lip balm so I have a nicely tinted lip balm.
Also, you can buy a lipliner pencil from the health food store and colour in your lips and then, for a bit of shine, top with a natural lip balm.
If you are feeling like a bit of D-I-Y, here's a recipe to make your own lipstick. I'm even tempted to try it!
