WARNING!
I recently just tried this remedy. HOWEVER!!! DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR FACE. I just stopped crying. My face was became so inflamed. When I first applied the peppermint oil to my face, I initially didn't feel anything. By the time I wiped my face with the oil, I felt like my skin was melting off! I tried to remove the oil from my face with water... Big mistake #2. It didn't it just made it worse. My next and final attempt was to use coconut oil. Thank God for that... And although I applied it, I still am unable to remove all the peppermint from my face. I am unsure how this person was able to use this oil, but for me, I never been in so much facial pain in my life. I thought I was going to ask to be taken to the hospital. Never ever ever do this to your face. You'll be extremely sorry.

Most essential oils you should never ever put on pure. They must be diluted in a carrier oil, such as olive oil, or coconut. Plus, be mindful that you're not putting on a fragrance oil instead, as it's definitely not the same thing, but synthetic. Make sure it's essential oil. One more thing. Always do a spot test for 24 hours before putting it on larger areas. Just to make sure you're not allergic.

Psyllium

I use 1 Tbl a day of it now for large intestine spasms and it has helped. These comments have been helpful because I see other ways it has helped me as well. I don't know if I'm addicted to it but sure don't want to be without it! Those spasms are pretty disabling as long as they last. If I combined it with ANYthing else, I'd blame the other thing before the psyllium husk, let alone any kind of CLAY! There is nothing natural about putting that into our bodies! And I've learned the importance of enough water as well!

I used the same thing for my Seborrheic Dermatitis and it worked wonders!!!!
Just make sure that you dilute pure Sea Salt or Himalayan Rock (pink) Salt with warm distilled Water. If you are living by the Sea so much the better - that Ocean Water is actually the old Folks' medicine for any kind of skin rash :-)

Selenium Sulfate Shampoo
★★★★★
I tried using a dandruff shampoo with the active ingredient selenium sulfide 1% or more on my heat rash on my legs and foot and am amazed at how well it works. I spread the shampoo on my affected areas, let it set a while as I go about other things, like brushing my teeth and shaving, then step into the shower to rinse it all off. Each day I am seeing marked improvement.
In my particular case I am using head and shoulders shampoo. It seems to be helping the fingernail fungus I have on the hand I use to apply the shampoo to the other areas. For what it's worth. I was inspired to try this as I saw people on youtube who were using selenium sulfate shampoos for other skin problems and having good results.

This is called Washing Soda in the US, and is one ingredient, Sodium Carbonate. I read that sodium bicarbonate is heated to high temperatures to get sodium carbonate. And it is good for so many things, as you said! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Stinging Nettles and Calamine Lotion

I had skin irritations on my left hand and the irritation look just like Ringworm, the rash was in pink rings! So I thought it was ringworm. Even my elbow developed a perfect ring around the elbow itself. And since I feed stray cats and help or spay them if they need help I thought I may have gotten ring worm from one of the cats. (They didn't seem to have ringworm).
Well the irritation was frustrating (as usual) and I tried products at the pharmacy for Ringworm.
The nice Pharmacist recommended Tinactin.
The spray powder seemed to work best! But this treatment would only seem to help soothe not rid me of the rash. The rash only seemed to become dormant. And then it would return? And there were other new spots?
This only happened to one hand and limb. My right hand and limb was rash free. Then I thought maybe it was something other than Ringworm.
It also itched like crazy and when only Calamine lotion would stop the itching I then realized the rash might be something else and not ringworm. I have Stinging Nettle weed on my property (and I do weed) and I started putting Calamine lotion on the rash and noticed that I could pull little barbs out of my skin! Some of what I pulled out seemed like little wires on my elbow!
I was able to allow the Calamine lotion to dry and then I could pull little barbs out of my skin!
Prid salve for splinters also works. You place this or even Mentholatum or Vaseline on the rash, work it in and the barbs or stingers can be pulled out. I'm nearly free of the ring rash now. But it was not Ringworm.
Sulfur and Fish Oil
★★★★★
There's a very long story here, but to make it short, I went to a homeopathic doctor who recommended sulphur (small homeopathic tablets--cheap) and fish oil. Never found out what caused the inflammation, but the strange dry, red patches cleared up within 3 days and haven't returned since (over 2 months). Hope this helps someone who was as frustrated as I was! Peace, Isabella
Sun Rash Remedies

If so, you have two choices: hardening or staying away from the sun. I chose to harden. against most people's opinion I tan just a bit all year long. This way, my skin keeps just enough melatonin close to the surface and can protect me from the rash. I also use 30 sunscreen when I am in the beach and my recent favorite is Beach Bum.
Good luck. I hope my notes give you early relief. Believe me, my struggle has been horrible. Too many ruined vacations and a honeymoon.

Fortunately I had a good pediatrician and he supplied the remedy. It is a B complex vitamin deficiency causing it...according to the good Dr.
His prescription: eat more protein (he said meat) and because it was a genetic thing, also take a liquid B-12 B complex vitamin under the tongue each morning. The body also needs vitamin C to process the B vitamins properly. We used Emergency C as couldn't find a B-12 combo that included vitamin C.
Results? Son and Mother in Law cured. Living in the sunshine state (Florida) this was a blessing for her.
Something to think about.

Response to rash after sun. I have this as well. Never had a problem when I was younger. Fibro/chronic fatigue has brought on many other nastys along with the sun allergic reaction. If you get 'water zit's' with exposure. Population varied and tied with duration of and intensity of sun. The itch can be controlled with allergy/sinus tabs. Also getting a good base of tan in a safe manner slowly minimizes reaction. I did however have a severe problem vacationing in Cozumel. Fun overshadowed caution and came down with sever swelling of entire face in butterfly fashion. No, never a positive on Lyme or lupus. Fluconazole relieves the symptoms along with chest rash, psoriasis like pores on arms. Strange pores on neck following skin folds / creases, dandruff snow, white nasal, lymphs the size Texas etc.. etc... etc...
Lastly my polio vaccination scar has morphed into a keloid type scar which was normal til the change to no health. I think they never fixed polio. Their caveman immunizations just moved the polio type bug into a unchallenged Frankenstein critter the human body has no defense or poor defense over along with Frankenstein food from Swanson kfc Denny's BKing. A pinch of GM food, flour stripped of all good. DNA altered, juiced with drug cocktails monster cows. Drugstores, banks, bars, gas stations rule the street corners. Seems they are keeping us sick, weak and slaves of their energy..... I better stop.... Livin in the united corporations of america.

I believe you are having a allergy reaction to the sun. That happened to me and I took an antihistamine before going in the sun...it really works..

I too have had a rash with raise fluid filled tiny bumps. I have learned to get a bit of sun while at the beach, then protect my body the rest of the day with light clothing and or shaded beach ten. I always burn with excessive sun, then tan so I watch my sun intake now and I haven't had this sort of outbreak in over 15 years now. From google search (The mildest form of heat rash (miliaria crystallina) affects the sweat ducts in the top layer of skin. This form is marked by clear, fluid-filled blisters and bumps (papules) that break easily. A type that occurs deeper in the skin (miliaria rubra) is sometimes called prickly heat.
