I had a stomach ailment since I was around fourteen. Not sure what it was, but found out that my sister, mother and I all shared the same symptoms. So, I thought it was a family issue. Since my teenage years I was not able to drink water first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, nor have rice and water together. If I tried, would feel so ill that I would have to lie down for 20 to 30 min. Nor would my sister and I drink and eat rice together. Even though, I tested the theory over the years, same results. In February of 2006, I was introduced to ACV by a friend. I tried it. Immediately it got rid of indigestion. After the third day of ACV, with much anticipation, I tried a glass of water with my husband by my side. Wow! no discomfort after 23 years. I can't begin to explain how I felt. Now feeling triumph, the next day, I had a glass of water and bowl of rice. I was willing to bare the pain in hopes of a victory. It worked. No discomfort, no curling up in the bed from stomach pains and no more hesitation of drinking a glass of water in the morning. I have now been drinking water every morning (on an empty stomach) since that beautiful day in February. Thanks ACV. After 23 years, I now can have a glass of water first thing in the morning.

Last week I was constipated and could not do anything but endure the stomach pains. I went a whole week taking laxatives thinking that it would help, I was able to begin using the bathroom however the pain was bad, REALLY BAD! The center of my stomach right underneath my naval, I would have these extremely sharp pains. Well tonight I decided to take some recommended ACV. So far the pain has calmed down a whole lot, I still feel it slightly so I'm thinking about taking two more table spoons. I'm sure that will do it!

Raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar has always worked for all of my stomach aches and heartburn (any stomach issues I've had). However, after reading many of these testimonies, it seems that I consume ACV a bit more liberally than the average person. I place the bottle to my lips and take about 8 - 10 swallows. Then, I might rinse & swallow a couple sips of water. Call me crazy, but I like to knock out the problem in a hurry.

Upset Stomach, Digestive ills -- I keep ACV on hand. In addition, it keeps your body pH acid level in check. I use it anytime I feel sick...which is usually in a moving car with people who are heavy on the pedals..UGGHHH, a horrible feeling. I also drink a bit in a little bit of water before a meal and digestion is greatly improved. Usually, my day is so hectic, at dinnertime if I am still wound, this helps greatly. My brother has terrible allergies and is drinking a bit each day...he says his problems are 80% better. In general it makes a tasty "cocktail" Some spring water, a bit of mineral water, some vinegar, and organic honey, or maple syrup..chill and UUMMMMMM.....UMMMMMMM...Delicious!

I have great faith in ACV but to recommend taking it undiluted is crazy. Taking undiluted ACV will seriously damage the esophagus. Fact.

Dear Slp,
Perhaps it is an ulcer. But it also may be that people with chronic digestive issues cannot well tolerate certain things even if they are generally good things like acv.
I have had a history of gall bladder stones and would have severe heartburn that stemmed from it. I myself would notice that sometimes apple cider vinegar in water gave me a stomach ache especially if I consumed it on an empty stomach.
Your relative may want to get a diagnosis of what is going on. (Ulcer, gall stones, whatever.) Then he can address the underlying issue. Living off antacids can cause a lot of problems. I wonder if that is what gave me gallstones in the first place. I consumed untold amounts of them for heartburn during 8 different pregnancies.
I have since gotten rid of the gallstones with gallbladder flushes, and heartburn is happily a thing of the past.

I had the absolute worse stomach ache of my entire 57 years. Even my lower back started to ache. I don't use any commercial remedies and was reluctant to take the ACV with such pain. 30 minutes ago I gave in and took 2 tbs of regular old ACV. The pain is now completely gone. Why I waited so long I don't know, but whatever, it worked. Off to get a good nites sleep now.

My stomach was hurting bad, so I went to the hospital emergency room they ran test after test and found nothing. They sent me home hurting. I walked the floor through the night, because it hurt to even lay down. I decided to google. I found this site about ACV. I put two tablespoon of ACV in 16oz bottle of water sipped for 1/2 hr. Pain stopped and l was able to sleep through the night. Thank-you

So I was just lying in bed with a stomach ache that was really bad. I don't get them often but when I do they hurt bad! I decided to look on-line for any quick fix and also in part because I couldn't sleep when I came upon this site. After reading a bit I decided I would try apple cider vinager to see if it actually worked, plus I was desperate. I put one tablespoon with an 16oz bottle of water and began to sip it. I was surprised because it actually started to work! I feel better now and am happy because now I can go to sleep lol! Just had to post my results for everyone. Next time I have stomach pain I'll grab the ACV first! Thanks and good night!

I occasionally have bad stomach aches. They are so painful I was desperate for a cure. Over the counter remedies didn't help. In fact they seem to make it worse. I finally decided to get on the internet and I came across this site. I read abou the apple cider vinegar cure and it didn't sound right at first. It made my stomach ache more as I thought about trying it but at that point I couldn't afford to leave any possibility unturned. I tried it and my relief was almost immediate! ... If only the answers to all problems could be this easy! Thanks!

Hi, My father-in-law has been suffering from serious stomach problems for as long as I can remember. He took prescriptions that were very strong and costly. He just didn't think their was anything left to try. I suggested he try apple cider vinegar capsules according to directions on the container. A while later he is raving about how well he feels and how all of his prescriptions for various health problems are put aside. I urge people with stomach, intestinal and high blood pressure problems to try acv, they won't regret it. God bless.

Slp, more likely she had too strong of a dose for her constitution. I've seen 1/2 TEAspoon a day being enough to show an effect on sensitive people. Not everyone can do 2 TABLEspoons.

On two occasions when I woke up with a really bad stomach ache (making loud churning noises) and felt nauseous. I took two tablespoons of organic ACV followed by water. Within 10-15 minutes it felt like the stomach acids were getting neutralized. The pain, noise, and nauseous feelings were gone. Works a lot better than the pink stuff.

I have had stomach problems since I was a baby. I got rotovirus when I was three and threw up almost 99 times almost dying. I now have everyday stomach nausea, acid reflux, gas, and just an upset stomach. I came across this site and read many reviews about stomach conditions and how ACV helped. I decided to try it and it actually did help. THank you so much!

I followed some advice on your website to use Apple Cider Vinegar for my indigestion. I had severe indigestion for hours, and was unable to find any relief via prescription medication or over the counter drugs. I took one tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, and within 5 mins the indigestion began to ease up, and with in 15 mins I felt MUCH better. The bloating began to ease up as well. I was so happy to be free from the discomfort and horrible task of belching every few minutes for hours on end. Thanks so much! I sincerely recommend ACV to anyone experiencing indigestion accompanied with a lot of belching.

I got food poisoning on Feb.4th.. I saw this suggestion this morning. I immediately tried the ACV.. Another testament to this product. It took about two hours or so to start working. My abdominal pains seemed to be shifting from all around. I realized that the pain had subsided and has now left.. thank-goodness for this site and this suggestion. I feel much better.
