I make my own sea salt & VCO scrub to use in the shower to exfoliate and soften all over. Dry brushing and cold showers will make your skin baby soft & pink. For my face I wash my face, neck and hands with baking soda and then I use ACV as a toner. The ACV can be diluted but it is like a natural chemical peel. But do not go out in the direct sun with it on because it will increase the redness of your skin or do anything to sweat because it will sting your eyes. After the ACV I use VCO as my only moisturizer which is all natural. I also put my green or white tea bags on my eyes as I drink my tea each day. I keep a small daily bottle of green tea to mist my face. For age spots I put hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and tape to the spot overnight. I have people tell me daily that I do not look 50 and I tell them I do not feel 50.
