Hello,

im am going through antibiotic toxicity reaction right now myself. I only took one Ciproflaxin 500mg and after 3 days developed right Achilles tendon pain. Day 5, I started experiencing more pains in the body's main joints and trouble walking. Three medical doctors denied it could be happening form one dose.
yet, here I am. Unable to walk like I used to a week ago (I enjoyed 1 hour walks outside) and now barely moving from room to room in my house. Also no energy and tired all the time.
I'm on herbal detox - went to see naturopath. And also had 2 acupuncture treatments. Praying my body keeps fighting and eliminate the toxin.
I hope your son is better now. Thank you for sharing his story and advice on ice baths and sauna. I will give them a try.

WARNING!

Hello EarthClinic,

I am very very sorry to have to report this. About Nov, 2023 my son got a severe bacterial infection in his knee. The hospital gave him an antibiotic by the name of Levaquin. He had a severe reaction to this horrible drug.

He was angry, depressed, paranoid and suicidal. the drug did cure his infection but the side affects are too horrible. He off and on still gets the side affects. The worse thing is that there is no antidote for this medicine. I called poison control and the pharmacy at CVS. There is nothing they can do. I AM WARNING YOU NOT TO TAKE THIS DRUG. There are other antibiotics that work fine and do not cause you to almost lose your life.

God bless you all and take care.

Blessings,

Mary Martinez
