Diet may be Linked to Back Pain

I was having upper back pain, I saw my naturopathic doctor he told me that many patients have back pain, due to eating dairy products or processed food. If the pain in the upper back is on the left side it could be referred pain from the pancreas and if the pain in in the upper back on the right side it could be referred pain from the liver or gallbladder. He told me to change my diet for a few days, just cut out carbs. I ate chicken and fish and by the third day, and all the pain was gone. He did do a urinalysis to make sure it wasn't uti or kidney infection. Plan to see an MD to run tests on liver and gallbladder to be on the safe side.
