This is about problems with mostly pelvic floor issues and incomplete bowel movement. As aging progresses, the pelvic floor for men and women weakens. There are specific exercise to do just like anything else that helps. Check out on you tube.
Also, taking active probiotic cultures, kefir, buttermilk or a top of the line probiotic, and ACV helps.
