I have several issues with my body. I am 30 years old and have: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III (connective tissue disorder), Degenerative Disc Disease, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, Early Onset Osteopenia, Arthritis, Bulging disc in my cervical spine, Costochondritis (comes and goes). Over the past week I have had a bout with restless leg syndrome and now my lower back is in horrible pain! Something that helped (a lot!! ) - Ginger root tea with a pinch of cayenne pepper and honey to taste (raw local honey.. and I was out of lemon).

While drinking tea, I took a hot bath with: left over ginger pieces from tea, a handful of dried comfrey leaves, some apple cider vinegar (with the mother), coconut oil (organic, cold pressed), oils of lavender, patchouli, frankincense, myrrh, turmeric. I also added baking soda and I was out of epsom salt, so I added regular sea salt. My tub was a mess w/ all the dried leaves, but it was worth it! It knocked the pain right out, and I hadn't been w/o a day of crying pain in over a week. I am thankful for all the tips a found here. I don't know what worked, but something did, or a combination. Thought I'd share in case anyone else is in horrible pain too. I have very minimal pain today, I can walk upright instead of bent over, and I got a consecutive 6 hours of sleep (instead of waking every 1/2 hour all night). Hope this helps someone else too. x, J
