In gist if you'd like to check this out yourself. Cure for diarrhea/cholera is maintaining osmotic pressure/electrolytes. In 1 quart of water add I tablespoon of sugar (any sweet would do, maple syrup, honey, etc.,) and 1 teaspoon of salt. Drink continually until the infection has passed. This will save lives.
