i have tried all the supplements for NAFLD / Fatty liver and none of them worked. They especially wont work if you are still eating poorly. Eliminate processed foods and learn to water fast 48-72 hours 2-3 times a month. High salt / sodium intake is related to fatty liver and most people dont know this. You have to get salt out of you diet and they put it in everything. High fructose Corn Syrup and vegetable oils need to be throw in the garbage also. Get Potassium in your diet thru things like bananas or Avocados - this will help get rid of excess sodium. Get regular exercise and lastly: VINEGAR. Fruit vinegars regulate lipid metabolism and decrease liver damage. So get some Apple Cider Vinegar (braggs) or some Red Wine Vinegar or Pomegranate vinegar into your diet!
