Hi - i just have a question as I am desperate! my father has a chronic fissure - he had an operation about a year ago to cure another fissure which helped for about 6 months but now it's back with a vengeance. doctors will not operate again as this will lead to incontinence so I am trying to find something that will heal him naturally.
