Hangover Prevention: This is a prevention techique that I discovered on my own a while back just from reading other articles on the internet. Something I found that that works great and works great for everyone I've told about it is this: Right before bed, drink a 12 oz can of Vegetable juice and a 16oz bottle of sports drink. Don't worry about taking any pain medication until morning time. Most of the time you won't need it. I also avoid eating that "late night" dinner after drinking. In my opinion it just puts more junk in your body that has to be processed in addition to the alcohol. I find just downing the vegetable juice and sports drink is all I need to curve my appetite enough to get to sleep.
