I'm in my 9th month of pregnancy and my baby is sitting on my sciatica nerve. I can barely walk somedays but this helps alot! I take a pretty hot bath with Epsom Salt, A bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide and a few drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in the bath and soak for 20-30 minutes. It helps alleviate the pain a great deal. You can also get on your hands and knees (all fours) and tilt your pelvis and this relieves pressure. I hope this helps.
