Leaky Heart Valve
Posted by Jean (Amarillo, Tx) on 01/12/2012
I have several small heart attacks since the '80's, a stroke that caused damage to show up on CT scan, and a CHF on '08 and told I have a enlarged heart.
Now I'm told I have a leaky valve (don't no which one) and I was told I was good because it's not worse than when I had my chf. All I'm doing is taking cinnamon and honey and herbs for my lungs- should I be doing something different now that I have a valve problem? Should I go back to using apply cider vinegar again? Oh I started taking cordyceps extract 2 months now. Help please! jean

Hi Jean, 1stly cut out all starches as they tend to make your body acidic. 2ndly start taking high dosages of digestive enzymes to get rid of inflammation, look up Dr William Wong for the digestive enzymes on the net.

Hi, I was wondering if it would be good to mix Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper and pack in capsules - then take them as any other capsule? Thanks!

80 year old male, very active life style, run, walk, swim, wt's, etc., etc. had a stroke, mini, about one week ago. when I got to the hospital my b/p was 116/79. I guess from the Atkins low carb diet. been doing that at least 15 years now. less than 100 grams, 50 better. where did the stroke come from, I'm a looking right here with you. good luck.
