Barley Grass

Hello! I wrote in awhile back about a molar I had had a new and very deep filling in. It was still sensiting to cold and chewing on it was hard to do also. Well, it is now over a month since the filling was put in, and four days ago I started taking some barley grass in water - About one half of a teaspoon 2x a day the first day, building up to about a teaspoon in 12 oz of water first thing in the morning, 1/2 tsp in the afternoon, and 1/2 tsp before bed - (as it seems to relax me, not energize me as some say it can do).

Anyway - I do believe my darned tooth might actually be getting better! The cold sensitivity is no longer shocking me like it was. Such a relief. I know it may just be a coincidence, but I don't think so. After reading about barley grass and finding out how many minerals it has in it, I think it might be just the ticket. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I have a question about the barley grass origin though. I just ordered some more online and after ordering it I found out this particular brand is grown in China. It is from S----W---- Botanicals, and it has very good reviews on the vitamin site I bought it through (and the price is amazing as well)... BUT! - Now I am wondering, if it is from China how well regulated their food grade products might be? Does anyone have any idea on that? Weren't they the ones with the adulterated milk products a year or so ago? Shoud I be concerned?

I would also really appreciate hearing from anyone else who is or has taken it, and what their experiences were! :-) Thanks!
