Hello, I am reporting on the use of frankincense oil on dental work jaw pain from large dose of local anesthetic during a deep tooth cleaning. My whole jaw muscle was aching to a level of 10 on the day after a deep gum cleaning. I pressed on my teeth, and determined it was the jaw muscle where the injections went that was causing the worst pain. I alternated with aspirin and ibuprofen for the initial pain treatment, but it didn't touch the jaw pain until l remembered the frankincense oil l had for muscle pain. Voila, relief within 10 minutes, and l was able to sleep til the next dose of aspirin and frankincense. whew, all she did was make sure l didn't feel any pain during the process. Thank you Earthclinic.
