After a fall down my front steps my knee swelled to the point I saw my long forgotten Doctor. He measured around my leg under both knees and the swollen one was 1 1/2" larger than the other. I was given a prescription but decided to try apple cider vinegar instead. I took one shot in the morning and one at night. On the third day the swelling was gone along with all the pain. I like the idea of ingesting the Apple Cider Vinegar and letting it work from the inside out.

I have used this site for years but I had to make a statement on the Apple Cider vinegar and pain. Its AMAZING and it's real. Apple Cider is the magical natural elixir. I read many posts about people using Apple CIder to help with swelling and pain.

So I had been having swelling in my right foot during the middle of the day for about the past two weeks. The swelling would go down overnight when I slept except the last week it had been swollen first thing in the morning. And then my knee started to hurt. I turned to this site and read about Apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper.

I wrapped my ankle and my knee with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper and coconut oil. I did it once I was ready for bed. I used a towel to sleep on and to wrap my knee with. I put the mixture on my knee wrapped the towel around my knee and wrapped it all in plastic wrap. For my ankle I made the same ingredients but this time I just wrapped it in plastic wrap. I eventually fell asleep. But I woke up when I felt the heat of the cayenne pepper on my skin.

The cayenne pepper did make this heat up in a few hours and I had to take it off. I massaged the residual in my skin. Next morning took a shower but the difference was a 100% decrease in pain. In addition, 3 days later still feel great. Apparently Apple Cider is so good you can just rub it on your skin. I read an article that it was good for varicose veins and you can massage it on the area where you have issues and you will see a difference.

I am 52 had started jumping on a trampoline on the fourth day I hooked my foot on a torn section of trampoline bed, could feel the outside of left knee tender. Then I wore 2.5 in. heels that night walking around four hours, by 10 p.m. I had such pain, off with those cruel shoes. The pain was felt especially if I moved leg laterally. After search on earthclinic I decided to use ACV mixed with water (70-85% ACV) and a small amount of Cayenne pepper (depends on your tolerance). Soaked a piece of cloth in mixture, wrapped my left knee with cloth then wrapped it in plastic wrap. I took off cloth on awaking. Knee felt better, but still small pain, by afternoon I forgot about pain and realized I had no pain. It was amazing! My knees have always been on the weak side, it has been 2 months since that happened and my knee is painfree. Thanks so much to all on earthclinic.

Ok, this is my 3rd post in 3 days after finding this site. My first cure was for my son's fever, second was for losing weight, depression, surgery recovery, and skin clearing all due to ACV. This one is for my knee sprain. i am 30 and I was sitting on a chair with my leg/ankle resting across on my other leg, when my 2 year old son (27 lbs) jumped on my knee and it twisted back and I it was painful but the pain has increased in the past 2 weeks. I tried tumeric and it helped, but I stopped for whatever reason. I after my last sleepless night, I went back on this site and read about acv and arthritis and muscle pain. I also read about cayenne pepper for muscle pain. I soaked a cloth with acv and cayenne pepper and placed it on my knee under a wrap around 7:30am MST, around 8:30 I noticed I was walking around a little better, 10:30 I felt as if I never had an injury. Thank you to all who care about others enough to post these remedies.
