Salt Scrub

Used a simple citrus salty body scrub from Bath & body works. And also but African black soap which is very drying to use daily afterwards. The salty scrub seem to help a great deal and I used it once a week for about a month. This is alleviated almost all of the itching. It's been a year now and I rarely feel itchy. I don't think it went away completely, but it just seems like a regular itch for the most part now which is just occasional. If I start feeling worse then I use the salt scrub again. I'm thinking any salt scrub would work. I still use the African black soap but not every day since it is very drying. I wash my hair occasionally with dandruff shampoo. I had this problem for about a year and tried so many different things but this seemed to work the best for me. I hope this helps others please let me know.
