This might be worth noting, my doctor told me about a patient in his 30's that was using a walker. The MD ran tests and found high glyphosate. The doctor asked about his diet, he had started drinking ORGANIC green tea about a year ago, and he started drinking it 5 to 6 cups a day. Got him off the green tea and detoxed him he no longer needs the walker and went back to work . Just because it states it is organic doesn't mean it is so be cautious. Third party testing is important.

Ted is correct here, we went on a three day. water fast where you only drink water three days every week for a month. I was in keto since I checked my urine with keto stick. Keto is NOT for everyone! The last week the upper part of my stomach burned, queasy feeling then aching in the upper diagram . Felt uncomfortable to try to sleep on my stomach a little pressure. My doctor ran full bloodwork, CAT Scan with contrast, X-ray and they found nothing. Checked for H pylori and Cdiff all negative. The doctor suggested a water IV with electrolytes. I declined and just increased my water intake and started taking electrolytes. Told me to see a GI doctor if it continued. I started doing Ted's alkalizing formula three times a day. Also drank ginger water and aloe vera juice with papayas juice three times a day. Castor oil pack 2x a day . Along with water with drop or two of peppermint oil to calm my stomach and a couple tablespoons of lactose free organic kefir and taking probiotics daily. Calming simple diet for a fews, like Ayurvedic type with just kitcharee and started eating kimchee.
