I agree the garlic and lemon definitely help. I had pneumonia last year and was in hospital for weeks. The dr told me to lay on my stomach as much as I could it's called proning...they said it makes a huge difference. It gives the front side of the lungs a rest and you can even see the pulse oximeter number go up as you lay on your tummy.

After returning home from Colombia I caught what seemed to be a very bad lung infection that included severe headaches, coughing, weakness, and constant fatigue. After 3 days of no improvement, I remembered a little health boost I used before. After taking this at night, I slept like a baby for the first time in days and I woke up 50% better. I will continue doing it every night before I sleep until I am fully recovered.
Here are the ingredients for my "Power Shot":
- 1 garlic clove (cut at thin as possible).
- Lemon juice from half a lemon (fresh), also throw in the pulp.
- 1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar.
That's all!
Don't take this on a full stomach. Also, sprinkle a crushed ice cube and mix it in so that it goes down easier.
Repeat every night before bed and drink plenty of water (not immediately, at least 20-30 min after).
