I was on steroids over a year & a half.. Finally weaned myself off steroids. Five days later I was in horrific pain & stiffness again for 2 weeks. Then I found your website and read about apple cider vinegar. I began to drink it every morning. Must be raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar "with the mother.
