Thank you for a well researched and very helpful article. I am currently taking Vit D3+K2 and Magnesium as I am aware of the multitude of health benefits they provide. However, I haven't even heard of Amla and am very encouraged to add this to my supplements as I have high levels of inflammation and oxidative stress. Thank you again for this wonderful article.
