I read that Silverbeet reversed sun damage to the skin.. So for the past three months ive been taking a serving everyday without fail.. Its absoulutly true! .. The little liver spots have dissapeared. And one crusty scab type thing has cleared up with no scaring. The thing is?.. If it reverses the uv. damage it must be stiching back up the dna?.. So could it be added to anti ageing treatment as well?
