After reading this website I tried intake of ACV with water only, diluted ACV as face toner, baking soda as facial cleanser, oil pulling and making my homemade moisturizer! Too much at a time but no regrets since its the best ever regimen I have done for myself. Right away many benefits I have felt as follows: energized, more focus (I am a graduate student), not sluggish in the morning and late night, radiant face and no break outs, smaller pores and very light feeling on my face, smooth, supple and babyface, not oily but moisturized skin, am proud to tell that genital areas becomes amazingly moisturized and felt so clean (never felt moisturized this way before), more confidence and it feels great! Thanks to all this amazing testimonials and natural products we have around! HOwever, I am still tryin to experiment on the best way of taking in ACV without sore throat and stomach pain. My Vit C intake once a day after ACV helps to ease the acidic feeling on my stomach since my natural Vit C (1000mg) is basic-based product. Try my moisturizer mix: 5ml glycerin (make sure high grade quality) 5ml grapeseed oil 5ml sesame oil 5ml honey at night use this moisturizer mix after toning (ACV diluted in distilled water) baking soda as cleanser can be 3x a week, then use papaya soap as intervals, in the morning use very small amt of moisturizer mix after facial cleansing, let it subsides for at least 3mins then apply your regular foundation with sunscreen and pressed/loosed powder preferably with sunscreen also. If you want to become more fairer use fluid whitening (no to cream since it can clog pores based on my experience) use it in the daytime only since at night all natural should be use,in this way you avoid using commercially available products with added chemicals while at your most serene time of boosting radiance and youthfulness on your face. This can make you confident and radiant all day long! Have a nice try! Godbless you all!

I have been using apple cider vinegar for about 16 years. My mother first read it in a readers digest at a doctors office. My dad had a rash on his hand that traveled up his arm. The doc perscribed a cream that he used and didn't work at all. First my mother tried white vinegar and it helped a bit. Then she bought acv. The rash disappeared in 2 days never to reappear. I started using it for dry, rashy skin myself and it works. I brought it over to a friends place with superficial inflamitory acne. Suprisingly after 4 treatments within a 12 hour period the fluid under the skin has diminished to almost non existent levels. She says it is a miracle. I am Suprised that this is working so fast. Usually it would take a day or two. It really works for almost anything to do with the skin. I am now going to consume it for all the reasons on this site. Use it and enjoy.

I have been trying ACV for a while now and agree that it's great for improving metabolism and curbing apetite. I use supermarket bought organic ACV. However, for some time now (since before I started ACV), I've suffered red SPOTS/PIMPLES on the face/cheeks and on my head, and since I have little hair, it's particularly unsightly, I also had kind of FLAKEY SKIN on these areas, both would normally be quite itchy. I have recently taken to the topical application of ACV on these areas, speculatively. I have to say, in just a couple of days, the results are dramatic... I tilt the bottle onto a cotton pad a couple of times to saturate it, about the same size as a cosmetic make-up remover and wipe all over my face and head liberally, avoiding the eyes (cos it stings). I leave it on and repeat several times a day (just remember to wash the face with clean lukewarm water before you go out and pat it dry). The resulting effect is no redness, no flakey skin, just a taught, fresh-faced complexion. To compliment that, I have been taking daily sauna and steam bath treatments, interspersed with cold showers, excellent for a variety of conditions I'm sure, marvellous for the circulation, very invigorating and great for the skin, which I read here somewhere - is like the body's third kidney, and when in tip-top working condition, serves the body well to flush-out and detox the system. Try it!

I have been drinking apple cider vinegar for 10 years now. In December I ran out and decided to take a break from it. I didn't buy another bottle until about a week ago. Let me tell you, during the course of the month when I didn't take it, I aged! I also gained weight. Even though I was eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, my face looked gaunt and unhealthy and my circulation seemed to get worse. So last week I started drinking my acv again. The turn around was almost instantaneous.

After all these years of taking it, I now think that the best time to take acv for its fountain of youth properties is on an empty stomach and about 10 minutes before exercising. I usually drink about half of a glass containing 1/4cup acv in 8 oz of water (I know, very potent and strong) before going to the gym. I drink the other half before I go to bed. I have tons of energy for my workout and wake up with my skin taut (sp?) and glowing. A few years ago when I was 36, I competed in a martial arts national championships in a college town in Oregon. I was swigging acv and water throughout the competition and burned a zillion calories from giving out every ounce of energy that I had during the the competition from stress and physical exertion. The weird part is that the combination of the intense exercise/stress and the apple cider vinegar/water made me look about 10 years younger for the next 24 hours! I went out with a bunch of guys from the competition to a bar after the competition and was barred from entering because the bouncer thought I was a student with a fake id! After having my friends attest to my age, the bouncer did finally let me in. It hasn't happened to me since then, but the experience cemented in my mind the combo power of ACV and exercise. Sorry for yapping on so long, but hopefully someone finds this interesting...

Well I came across this site some months ago. I do modeling, IM 26 years old and when I turned 21 I started to take care of my skin. I tried the cosmetic stuff, cheap and expensive ones. Soon I found out that the natural stuff was cheaper and much better. I use Aloe for cleaning, rosemary oil...but I never thought Vinegar could help me in sch way. i got sensitive skin, large pores and my skin tone wasnt uniform. I just mix it with mineral water and spray it in my face after cleasing. Let it dry and...voila! My line expression look better,my pores smaller, even wirnkles in my forehead disapeared. When i was 20 everybody thought I was 30 and now that iM 26 I look 21. I've told my family,my mother loves it too, sometimes she doesnt use the expnsive stuff she used to. PLus I ahve no knee pain from condromalacia when I take it consistent for days .I tried glucosamine, jello, ibuprofen... nothing works like vinegar. Dont just apply it externally on your face, drink it too an you will tell the difference in your face. and your body skin too. Its just a miracle. Now I'm trying the other wonderful remedies like hydrogen peroxide. keep u up to date. I look like if I had make up on, all day long

Hello. I have been taking ACV that I purchased at the health food store for over a month now. I take 2 tablespoons 3 times a day with an airborne tablet. I have not noticed ANY weight loss whatsoever, in fact, I have noticed a slight weight gain. I have not had a decrease in my appetite. I have noticed an INCREASE in my appetite. However, people have started commenting on how young I look; just yesterday I was telling someone that I had a 12 year old son (I am 35) they were generally shocked and they asked me if I was 9 years old when I had him! That was nice to hear. I have also been called a "young lady" and "girl" quite a bit now as opposed to "lady" or "maam" which was happening quite a bit prior. I also noticed that I was catching a terrible bug that was going around, but, I just increased my ACV for a day and rested for one day and I did NOT catch it! I thought I was gonna get it back because I catch everything and am always sick. I have not been full blown sick since taking it. I am going to continue taking it for my health because I feel in my heart that it is good for me, however, I have not noticed weight loss (or loss of cellulite.... sigh :( for that I think I have to combine the ACV with periodic fasting and giving up my chocolate and substituting green tea for coffee. Also, I have been exercising less since taking the ACV due to scheduling. But like I said before, if it makes me look younger, than I'll keep taking it!

I started taking two tablespoons of ACV with the veil of mother with a quarter teaspoon of baking soda twice a day about two months ago. I notice a better skin tone, better digestion, and really just an over all better sense of well being. My body is definitely thanking me for doing this!

I make my own toner... it is 3 cups distilled water 1/3 cup organic apple cider vinegar and 5-10 drops tea tree oil. Plus I use a clay mask ever 3-4 days and mix it with apple cider vinegar. My skin has never been better!

I have been washing my face and neck a few times a week with baking soda and also applying the ACV daily...what a difference in my skin! This REALLY WORKS...I am 42 and my skin is glowing! The pores do get smaller and my skin is much tighter...my friends are complimenting me on how great it looks. Today, I've stared taking the ACV/Baking Soda Remedy internally and hope to see & feel the same great results. I love this site! I LOVE reading all of the wonderful testimonials...the body is so powerful given the proper tools to heal itself. THANK YOU for having this site and allowing people from around the world to share such amazing information.

Have been using ACV for a year on my skin (face, neck and hands). Friends have commented that my face looks 'very clean'. Revealed that I use ACV and recommended that they do the same. They have all benefited from it. It is being passed on by word of mouth. I am happy that we are using something very natural and cheap with wonderful result. Thanks.

External use of ACV cured sun spots. Some spots form a scale and after a few weeks fall off. Another use, wish had known sixty years ago, a few minutes before shaving, apply apple cider vinegar to the whiskers, then apply the shaving cream and the whiskers are softened, really makes a difference.

Apple Cider Vinegar cured the acne beneath the skin and made pores appear smaller, also added a glow to skin. WONDERFUL! I used ACV as a toner to my face twice daily for beneath the skin acne and enlarged facial pores and I saw a fantastic difference in 3 days. There are only a few visible pores left, only seen when I stand close enough to the mirror to see my breathe. I also have a glow to my skin that is unbelievable. I've always loved my skin but didn't always treat it with love an care--but now seeing it glowing and healthy I am intent to add ACV to my diet for internal cleansing too. Thank you God for ACV!!!
