I'd heard that water coconut has been used to balance electrolytes and lower bpm [beats per minute]. It can be found as a"drink" in cans, usually in the international foods aisle or in it's "natural, raw" state in some food markets.

I have used virgin olive oil (3 tablespoons a day with food)from Iherb online store. After about one week I felt my heart racing. I thought it was only hydrogenated coconut oil that would cause problems like that. Can anyone explain that please?

Have you ever heard of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome? Dizziness and increased heart rate upon standing is a major symptom especially chronic headaches and many more. I'd look into it :)

Garlic and Cayenne Pepper cured my rapid heart beat & high blood pressure. Cayenne pepper stops bleeding and heals the wound, even one that the bone could be seen in the heel of the hand. The scar is almost nil.
