Boric acid USP l have read alleviates psoriasis. Soak a cotton ball dab on affected areas.l would say dab on up to three times a day.
As to a tea Cats claw from Peru only as their variety has more bio activity Wonderful for immune system. Amazon World Botanical's. Works well in a mist bottle so mist on face, hair/ scalp with clean hands rub in. Mist on psoriasis affected areas gently rub on. Actually any skin problem. Drink the tea spring water no R/O (hydrogen bond water Ellis Water best eBay has it)twice a day AM/ PM.

A man called me years ago. He had stage 4 liver cancer. He was entering a university program. Intensive chemo where everyone had hair loss and expectorated, etc. He ordered the Cats claw tea. Did not hear from him for quite some time.
Long story short -he called me -5 years in remission; only one who didn't lose his hair and never got sick! Drs. saw this then privately had each patient add Cats claw to their protocol! Works.
So if it can do that let's see how it handles the immune system relative to psoriasis!
