Celebrating my birthday weekend recently with lots of 'play' time, it became extremely painful. I have a sebaceous cyst on my back, and this seemed to feel and behave the same way. I found this ACV thread and decided to give it a try. Throughout the day, after urinating and wiping I soaked a tissue with Raw Unfiltered ACV and pressed it on the cyst, keeping contact for approximately 30 seconds. I also made sure to wear my most comfortable underwear and pants to minimize irritation. It did sting a bit on the very first application, but all I felt for the other three applications was cool relief. By the end of the day, the swelling was completely gone and the cyst has shrunk down to it's 'normal' size (about a small pearl). I also did see a small spot of bloody fluid on my undies after the first application, but no more after that.
I think with repeated treatments I may be able to make it go away. I did not experience the burning that many report, but this is likely because my application was relatively external, fairly brief, and I also used a high quality raw ACV product.

When I woke up in the morning, the cyst had flattened and was hardly painful. I did have some blood on my pad. I assume that meant it was draining. Yea! I expect this to continue until the cyst is totally drained.
I knew ACV was great for many things, but never thought to try it for this!
Thanks!!!

Day 1, I placed soaked Cotten ball inside where my cyst is at for 30 minutes. With just one treatment, I can already tell that the cyst has softened. It was hard and pea like before and now it has a gelatin feel. Although it was a little aggravating, I find the burning to be tolerable so far! If it gets rid of the cyst then it will be well worth it!
Thanks for posting about it!! I was embarrassed about going to the doctors again. I hav already had it cut and drained twice. Keeps coming back. I am excited to find a natural home remedy!!

I have had an inclusion cyst for maybe 7 years. I have sporadically made efforts to make it go away, including using epsom salt soaks, castor oil, and serrapeptase (because for a while I thought it was a Bartholin cyst). All of these were completely ineffective, but this week I was feeling particularly determined and decided to try the apple cider vinegar method.
The first day I soaked a cotton ball in it and left it on the cyst for thirty minutes. It burned initially but then was just slightly uncomfortable.
Then I tried it a second day and could only leave the cotton ball on for less than five minutes before the pain was unbearable. I tried diluting it with witch hazel, but it still hurt immensely.
One of the major problems is that there's no real way to localize the treatment and it was starting to burn all of the skin on my inner labia. Still, I decided that I would try to make it through four days of Apple Cider Vinegar treatment before giving up, so I applied it several times a day for as long as I could stand (usually not more than a few minutes), then applied witch hazel, aloe, or castor oil to help soothe it. The pain from this was so intense that I lost sleep and had nightmares.
On day five, when I woke up and decided that I was done with the process, it hurt so much that I felt immense regret over using advice on the Internet to resolve the issue. I felt resigned to the idea of the cyst being there either forever or until I sought medical intervention for it. Then I went to a physical therapy appointment involving light exercise, and while I was there, to my delight, the cyst started to drain!
I'm excited it worked, but to be honest, I am not so sure that using this method was any less painful than utilizing a surgical option. It felt scary for a little while there.

Hallelujah. I've been blogging home remedies to avoid surgery and today I didn't think I could stand the pain but then it drained! Started Friday, was uncomfortable Saturday, became really painful Sunday, limped to doctor on Monday to be told it was not infected nor was it that big but they could do surgery or I could wait for it to drain, Tuesday I took advil and went to work but could barely move, Wednesday I coukd not move at all till it popped. Over the days I tried lots of stuff. Did shots of apple cider vinegar, Epsom salt baths several times a day, slept with turmeric and coconut oil on it, took Mucinex Monday and Tuesday, switched to silicea 30 on Wednesday morning and alternated apple cider vinegar on cotton on it and Tufts pads with witch hazel during Monday and Tuesday nights. When it burst I had decided it was unbearable but now it's healing. So so grateful for online forums and all of you.

Before bed I have been taking a cotton swab soaked in ACV and applying to the area, sometimes it stings, sometimes it does not. I applied for at least a week before I saw any changes. The top layers of the harden skin slowly flaked off and at that point, I soaked a cotton ball and left it on my cyst while I rested for about 30 minutes. About two days later, when I was applying ACV again with cotton swab, the cyst burst and drained for quite some time. they heal quite nicely and I continue to put ACV on the site.
Be patient, it works!

I have had a bartholin gland cyst for 4 or 5yrs. I tried putting apple cider vinegar on the cyst and It immediately started bleeding and the fluid came out and went flat. Mine was the size of a pea and now gone! I am amazed and still in disbelieve that I could have used this simple remedy years ago! Apple cider vinegar is amazing!
I highly recommend trying apple cider vinegar for a vaginal cyst instead of having it punctured. It's like a miracle!
