Relaxation, Settles the Stomach, Revives Blonde Hair

I find it relaxing to drink a cup of camomille tea and it does help settle the stomach. My hair is sort of blonde but in the summer it has no shine due to the sun. A rinse with camille tea will revive the colour natural and not expensive. What a web site! Sue

I used the acv and it works but I have a hint for people with winter scalp (flaky tight scalp). Steep 2 bags of chamomile tea in 2 cups warm water for 10 minutes. Add a dash of lemon juice and 15 drops of calendula (marigold) extract then pour onto scalp and let sit for 10 minutes and shampoo and condition as normal. I have done this 2x a week wince winter set in and it is perfect. No more flaking or redness.

Tooth Abscess

I use chamomile tea whenever I get an abscessed tooth. I wet a chamomile tea bag with warm water (so the cold doesnt hurt me) and put it between the gum and cheek where the abscess is. It seems to me that chamomile pulls the infection right out. After about 10 minutes I start to feel relief from the pain and swelling. I have tried other teas, and chamomile works the best for me.

Upset Stomach

I'm responding to the claim that black tea cures an upset stomach. Whenever I drink black tea, I always develop painful gas and bloating and sometimes diarrhea. My grandmother said she has the same problem and that it may be caused by tannins in the tea. Maybe some people just aren't able to break down the chemicals? What does help me when i get a "gas attack" is to get on my knees and stick my butt in the air, focusing on relaxing my abdominal muscles. The posture is a bit ridiculous, but it does help expel the gas after a couple minutes. For an upset stomach, i make a tea of grated ginger, chamomile or mint or a combination. To that I add organic milk and honey.

I found also with chamomile tea its greatest effects are after you use the tea bag and squeeze the liquid out it's great to put the tea bag on one eye then the other as it cleans and strengthens the eyes. Good Luck.

Chamomile Side Effects

For all those who have Enuresis, I can state as fact that even if you take medication to control your enuresis, Chamomile Tea will overpower that medication, and should not be taken. If you have anxiety, or need help getting to sleep, try other sources, because Chamomile Tea, at least for me, makes me really go.
