- 2 medium sized comfrey leaves
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Gelatin
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond milk (maybe a little more)
Blend all in a blender.
It wasn't very sweet; some honey could be added.
