Older Dogs With Parvo

I have a Staffordshire terrier/pitbull that is older but I'm not sure of her age. I rescued her from someone who dumped her. She has parvo symptoms and that is what brought me to this site for right now I can't afford to go to a vet at this point in time.

I'm using activated charcoal and I just made a pot of chicken broth using 3 whole carrots, ground up fennel seed, salt and a whole chicken. I'm happy for she just lapped up some of the broth that I placed in her dog crate. I was going out to buy a syringe but think I may not need it at the moment. I'm going to keep offering her the broth every hour and later offer her chicken. I just want to let those know that they say fennel seed has very good properties for the flu or flu/cold/covoid virus..also helps soothe upset stomach. I am surely happy that she is drinking, but she is not yet out of the woods. I think adding the ground fennel seed and the activated charcoal caps that I have on hand will cure her. I grind the fennel seeds in a coffee grinder.
