I like to add honey and some cinnamon. The strong cinnamon scent helps me a lot.

This is one of my favorite ways to drink ACV.

  • 2-3 Oolong Tea bags
  • 2-3 flavored teabags (Peach, berry, mango, etc)
  • I steep these tea bags in about two cups of hot water until cool and then remove the bags.
  • To the tea I add 3-5 Tablespoons of ACV, A shake or two of cinnamon, a shake or two of ground ginger. I take this concentrate and add about 6 cups of water. As I pour a glass, I add sweetener (Like stevia, maple syrup, honey or agave ~ just whatever I have around) It sure tastes good. There are many recipes on the internet for something similar called "Good Girl MoonShine." I hope this helped.

I can attest that ACV suppresses ones appetite even when it is added to water. I've been adding 1 tbsp of B**** to 8 oz of ice water for a few days now, and my desire to eat has nearly left me completely. There's no discomfort at all, simply no sense that I'm hungry.

So, no need to take ACV straight, especially if you don't like the taste of it. Adding a couple of teaspoons or a tablespoon to 8 oz of water will do the trick. Personally, I LOVE it in ice cold water, but I've spoken with others who prefer warm water. Either will work just as well as the other.

Enjoy...! ;-)
