I've began drinking the ACV in water just sipping it throughout the day as instructed on this site. Questions; Is there a diet plan to go with this? How does this work to lose weight? AND, gas..... I've had terrible gas since drinking this! Is this normal and how to prevent it?

Since I drink it now daily, the organic ACV, I am bloated and 2 sizes bigger in the evening. Has anyone experienced that too, meaning getting severely bloated? I wear in the morning size 10 jeans/shorts and later in the afternoon, I need to change to my biggest size I had, size 14. It also feels like a thunderstorm in my belly; this was NOT the case prior to the Apple Cider Vinegar.

Same deal, ACV always increases the candida on my tongue. Everyone was going nuts about it, but even the smallest bit on my salads would cause my tongue to get the candida spots--so I suspect that's what behind the yeast infections.

My husband has been doing the APV for about a month or so and he has lost alot of weight. Every time I try it I get a yeast infection. Why is this and how can I get this to stop so I can lose wieght? I have been doing store brand or Trader Joe's, about 2 capfuls to about half cup of water. Also I hear APV is good for getting rid of yeast infections however I am afraid to try since I believe that is the cause of my infection. HELP!!!!!!

I came back with more feedback about ACV. I've been taking it for over a month now, maybe 6-8 weeks. I had already posted that I noticed no impact on my weight loss. On the contrary, I had increased appetite. After reading a comment I started drinking ACV in the morning, but with no effect. This weekend after I took ACV I had a horrendous stabbing pain in liver. Next day - the same story. Drinking ACV caused pain in my liver. I've never suffered any liver problems before. So I've stopped taking ACV.
