Hi Netz... I have a friend in Iloilo who buys her ACV from the grocery section of SM City. I would suppose you'll find it also in SM City Bacolod. Here in Manila, I get mine from SM or Healthy Options stores.

There is a company in India which produces organic apple cider vinegar. It is Dr. Ketan Patkar's you can google and find it. However, to treat Flatulence you can crush one raw garlic dice into pieces and swallow it with water, like how you take your regular pills. You can do this 3 times a day. For the first week. If the dosage seems high take one time a day. After first week you can take 2 times a day and eventually reduce to 1 time.

Hi Nikhil, As Ed2010, has suggested you to get ACV from Dr. Ketan Patkar, he is right and you can get the product at your doorstep and also he has suggested you about the garlic that also to some extent is correct. But I feel you have to discuss the problem in detail, what are your food habits, life style, stress level and since how long are you having these symptoms. You could be very acidic, constipated may be eating lot of fried food, (basically acidic foods by and large). Your body seems to be acidic, and there is a lot written by Ted and Bill on this site as to how you can alkaline your body, follow that and you will be alright and stop worrying about that.

You might try a change of diet. I had the same problem all my life until I found I was gluten intolerant. I also don't handle simple carbs, such as rice, potatoes, etc. I stick to protein, mostly fish, chicken, some beef and very little dairy. I get my carbs from veggies, the low to med level on the glicemic index. Better to fix the cause even if ACV helps.
