BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Clean wound after Black Salve removed tumors.

I had a dark patch on my arm that became lumpy and itchy, so I applied Black Salve and went through the process of removing several small tumors. Because I have tried several times over the years to remove that mark, there is quite a bit of scar tissue. The crater where the lumps came out is surrounded by dead necrotic tissue, and I'm concerned that it won't heal and fill in properly with all that dead tissue in there. How can I get rid of it without resorting to surgery? I've heard there are enzymatic creams, but I don't have a doctor to prescribe it for me. Any advice welcome!
