Very simply, Kapal Bhati Pranayam Yoga is the practice of forceful exhalation. Practitioners are to breathe in normally but then should exhale as quickly and fully as possible. At a pace of about 2 seconds per breath, you want at first to practice this form of yogic breathing for about one minute.
