Everyone can make their own with their favorite ingredients and as hot and/or chunky as they like! 2 or 3 spoonfuls - or more - and you're good to go! No more hunger or cravings!
Just chop some tomato, garlic, onion, your favorite hot pepper or a blend of your faves and cilantro, if you like cilantro - if you like it chunky, save some chopped tomatoes to finish it off! Add your favorite herbs, a little honey, stir or blend it in a blender to the consistency you like, add your extra tomatoes and either add some 50/50 ACV and water, put the lid on, shake it up a bit and stick it in the fridge.
OR add some whey from another ferment or your preferred ratio of salt brine, cover with a kitchen towel and let it sit on the counter and bubble for a couple of days, add your chunky tomatoes, continue fermenting to taste, stirring and tasting 2 or 3 times per day. When it's as you like it, put the lid on and stick it in the fridge!
Make it by the pint, quart or gallon, as needed!
