Nelo: As someone had previously posted, you can make your own "active oxygen" w/ an Ozone Generator for food & water purification. You would bubble Ozone or O3 in a glass of water for 8 minutes and drink.

Also, you can buy a stable & powder form of Hydrogen Peroxide called "Sodium Perborate". To boost my oxygen levels, I add a big spoon of Sodium Perborate in a warm foot-bath and bubble Ozone in this (while taking the foot-bath). This works very well for me and no bad tasting oral administration.

Dear Earth Clinic,

Thank you for the bridge you serve to health.

Please do you know a reliable source of ''Un-stable Foodgrade Hydrogen Peroxide'' anywhere in the world that can ship it to me here in Nigeria?

I will be most grateful to get any direction from you on where to buy the FGHP.

Thanks in anticipation of your urgent answers.

Hi Jennifer. I believe the one I would use on myself would be the ones that DO NOT have stabilizer in them. When reading on here ( EC ) most advise using active ingredient Hydrogen Peroxide, Inactive purified water.

You say yours says stabilized. It is advised to stay away from the stabilized ones.

Look around at two places in they are in your area Family Dollar store brand and Fred's brand. They use to not have stabilized listed on their bottles, at least the last ones I purchased from there.

Dear Jennifer,

Bill Munroe's method of using hydrogen peroxide, and lots of stories about it can be found here:

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/hydrogen_peroxide_inhalation.html

One of my sons used hydrogen peroxide, diluted to 1% in a nebulizer with good results. (We would put 1 dropper of the peroxide and 2 droppers of distilled water in the medicine cup.) He only used the nebulizer this way for a few minutes and it helped him a lot. One lady recently posted positive results with using even much less than this in a nebulizer. Maybe it was a drop or two of the 3% peroxide in a few ml of water. I don't recall exactly but was impressed that it worked so well.

I would start with less and see how you do and increase if you do not have trouble with it and aren't getting the results you want from a low dose. (Low dose meaning a couple of drops of peroxide in a few ml of water in the nebulizer.)

I hope it is very helpful to you. Let us know how it goes!

I have a full bottle of HP 3% and it is labeled USP. I looked at the ingredients and it is ... Active Ingredients: Hydrogen Peroxide (stabilized) 3% ... Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water. That looks like it is pure 3% HP so I should be able to do the last mix down and use it in my nebulizer. I need some advice here as I have COPD and got clogged up today nearly sending me to the hospital.

Alice: Three most likely places for 35% H2O2 would be health food store, farm store, or swimming pool supply store. If they don't stock it, ask for special order.

In the event you cannot find it there are other option in Oxygen therapy. For instance, I take a daily footbath w/ 1 spoon stabilized, scent free, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in rough powder form marketed as chlorine free, scent free, laundry powder or "Oxyfree". To further boost oxygen levels I drop an ozone generator tube into the bath. This gives me energy throughout the day and evening. Or you can simply purchase an Ozonater online, and bubble in filtered water for immediate consumption. If you can't find the "Oxyfree" brand laundry detergent in your country, you may be able to purchase some from online retailer called "SoapGoods.com"; it is listed as Sodium Percarbonate, or Sodium Perborate Monohydrate, or Sodium Perborate TetraHydrate. Only downside to this form of active oxygen is the high sodium content.

Good luck and let us know of any updates.

I am seeking a reputable distributor for purchase of 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide that is in my area, so that I may purchase it in a store front on an ongoing basis. With all of the fraudulent sales of this product that are happening, I will not be purchasing anything like this that is shipped without validation of contents, nor will I purchase something that is sold out of the back of someones car. I am seeking a reputable distributor who sells 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide on a retail basis who is located in the Gyeonggi-do Province of South Korea. I will not be seeking to buy in bulk.

Hi Bill...Boots the chemist has Hydrogen Peroxide but unfortunately you cannot obtain it unless you have a prescription from a doctor. Same story with Lugol's Iodine.

So you will have to be inventive.

There are three ways to get HP and Lugols Iodine in UK.

The first way is to get them from ebay.com. When you search on ebay type "Hydrogen Peroxide UK" or "Lugol's Iodine UK" and the first results in the ebay list will be from UK sources (cheaper and quicker than outside sources because of lower shipping costs).

The second method of obtaining them: try buying lugol's iodine or HP from a veterinarian or a pet shop. They still use lugol's iodine(aka Aqueous Iodine) in UK for pets.

The third method is just to type "Lugol's Iodine UK" or "Hydrogen Peroxide UK" in Google Search. The results, again, will show internet vendors from UK only in the list. An example of an internet vendor from Devon is given here for both lugol's iodine and an food grade HP source in UK:

My question is once you get up to a certain amount of drops per days is there a level of drops for daily maintenance and will this help diverticulosis and irritable bowel? I've read it helps high blood pressure.

Very sketchy. Everyone is trying to make a buck. I trust the aarons. I trust kosher companies as it is not just moral, but religious. Sure, they could use stabilizers, but its cheap, convenient, and they stand by thier guarentee that no stabilizers are used; just like the food grade companies do. They sell it at costco for an awesome price of course (its costco)! I dont refridgerate mine as I use it so often for laundry and other natural cleaning solutions; I'm not worried about the 1%/year as a bottle will last only a month at my house.

In response to Aaron's hydrogen peroxide being without stabilizers, I would encourage people to research that and/or contact the company. I can't remeber where I read it, but someone said they contacted the company and was told that that they begin with "regular" HP (with stabilizers) and then use some sort of purification process (or something along those lines). But I don't know for sure one way or another. I wish they were pure, big lots would be easy and cheap...

Dear John:< HP 35% Food Grade is available at the following address:
Thai Peroxide Co. , Ltd.,
Ploenchit Rd. , Tel.02-2536745-54
email: [email protected]
Website: www.thaiperoxide.com

They manufacture all grades. I bought a one litre bottle from them. The problem is delivery as Thaipost did not accept. You may have to use other channel such as through Bangkok-Trang coach.

For Lugol's Iodine, I ask a pharmacist friend to mix about one litre for me. It should not be a problem since ingredients are readily available.

Hi Mmsg - I'm a novice at sprouting but I bought a book called "Sprouts, the Miracle Food - The Complete Guide to Sprouting" by Steve Meyerowitz (also known as the Sproutman). He recommends using it to inhibit bacteria. When you add it to the soak water, it eliminates mold and the extra oxygen encourages a more robust crop. You soak the seeds using 1/2 teaspoon of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in 16 ounces of water. You can also mist the growing sprouts (using the same formula - 1/2 teaspoon of 35% HP in 16 ounces of water). Rinse the sprouts once or twice a day with regular water, followed by a hydrogen peroxide misting. It aids in disinfecting and gives the sprouts extra oxygen. It's an interesting book - I like sprouts but I don't like how expensive they are in the store. Much cheaper growing your own and you can ensure they are free of bacteria! Cheers, Bess

Hi Nikki - Have you tried Aviva Natural Health Superstore at 1224 St. James Street (204-947-6789) in Winnipeg? They usually carry the Gold Top Organics line of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide - it's popular for people who sprout seeds (that's why most health food stores should carry it, but unfortunately, a lot don't). If it isn't in stock, they can order it for you. There are other companies in Canada that can ship it to you but it would cost extra (considered dangerous goods) - two are sproutmaster.com and upayanaturals.com. Good luck! Bess

Nikki: Have you tried online vendors?? Call the health food store and ask them if they can order some for you. If not, try a swimming pool supplies store (if there is one in W); they carry chemical supplies for pools and could probably get the H2O2. Also consider an Ozonator for bubbling in filtered water (if oral oxygen is what your after). Also, MMS the common name for chlorine dioxide, is supposed to be much more powerful oxygen donor than H2O2.
