Sara same problem but my fibriod is just one and smaller....in Pakistan Drs. dont want to talk abt this they just ignore this n say dont worry it is nothing for today its far away like 20 yrs but I searched on net n just wanted to know more n more to get rid off rather then when I will be old....:) INSHA ALLAH all the ladies wil be soon healthy n stay happy...

Hey, you can easily find apple cider vinegar, just go to local pansari shops and ask about saib (apple) ka sirqa, you will find pure homemade ones . and black strap molasses is refined sugarcane (RO) juice , but you need to order them online, can't find those here.

I've been reading a lot about Blackstrap Molasses on this website. And I hear about how it is rich in Copper, Magnesium and Iron in addition to Vit B. However so far all the brands of BSM that I've researched do not list copper or vit B in their nutrition label. And so far I've looked at Wholesome organic BSM, Plantation, House of Herbs, Brer Rabbit and the list goes on.
Can you please provide some information as to which brand contains at least the copper? Thanks

I get mine at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. Also, if your local grocery stores have an organic or 'natural' section (which all of them do here on the East coast), you could probably find it there as well.

molasses is called 'raab', in Hindi a by-product of 'Gur'= jaggery. most sugar sellers should have this.

Organic Unsulphured BlackStrap Molasses is finally available in Mumbai. I went to Natures Basket store in CuffParade and its readily available. Finally I dont need to pay extra charges for courier and its available at every store of Natures Basket in Mumbai at Rs 1075 for a 600g bottle.
