The dossage is upped to 2 teaspoons 3 times a day w/ food. Salad and fresh fruit seem best foods to take it with. Added raw beets 1 a day, and 2 or 3 garlic cloves. Been sick for years, finally after about 4 days much better. Always been run down, tired, achy, sugar issues, can't take milk or wheat, started getting lower leg pain and vericose veins, started getting sharp abdominal pain. That's when I started the bitters. I knew it was an infection because years ago on Azithromycin it was much better.

I would greatly appreciate your sharing your information on Swedish Bitters. I have starte taking them & have shown great improvement in digestive system. Would like to learn more! Thanks for sharing your information!!
