Hey, this is James, just going over your report but I know you probably already know this if you look for foods that have iron in Spanish broccoli, little beans, kale, Bok choy Chinese cabbage, Potatoes, sesame seeds, cashews, soy beans, chickpeas, dark chocolate, Swiss chard, Tofu.
