Kidney Stone Remedies from Home!

Folk Medicine for Kidney Stone Treatment and Passing a Kidney Stone
Kidney Stones are crystal aggregations of dissolved minerals in urine that usually form inside the kidneys or the bladder. These stones can often be successfully dissolved using inexpensive kidney stone remedies found at your local supermarket.

This can be a painful condition when stones are present in the kidney or bladder but especially when passing a kidney stone with the mineral accumulation lodged in the ureter. Kidney stone symptoms include significant pain near the kidneys (your back, near the sides and below the rib cage), painful urination, waves of pain that spread through the abdominal region and into the groins, and nausea or even vomiting. Your urine may show signs of blood, turning a shade from pink to brown and it may give off a particularly bad smell.

Natural Remedies for Kidney Stones

The most popular remedies used to eliminate Kidney Stones and also soothe the excruciating pain from kidney stones are: Lemon and Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, and the herb Chanca Piedra, a common weed also known as the "stonebreaker". Over 250 people have reported a cure using the simple Lemon Juice and Olive Oil remedy, so we suggest you start by reading the feedback in that section first!

12/08/2009: Joy from Sacramento, Ca replies: "Question:

Is there a dietary protocol along with this kidney cleanse? Should I be avoiding any particular foods while taking this olive oil-lemon juice mixture? Should I take it on an empty stomach? When you use a similar mixture for a liver cleanse, the fasting protocol is critical to the success of the cleanse. Staying away from any and ALL fat prior to the consumption of the olive oil mixture is also crucial."

01/10/2011: Yanosh from Tampa, Fl, Us replies: "Please if possible can we all share the size or approximate size of the stones if known. I am trying to pass a 12mm and an 8mm from my left kidney and most of the people are mentioning smaller sizes or no sizes at all. I am using the ACV method for a few days now and it does help me with the pain for sure, also noticed like the stone would have moved out of the kidney and getting close to my bladder. Are there anyone out there passed larger than 1mm stones or found that this remedy worked for them? I had uretheroscopy done a few weeks back for a 6mm stuck in my right ureter and have to tell you wasn't fun at all and now I am facing ELSW for my other two. Also is that possible that your stone just get dissolved and you never physically pass it?
Thank you"
01/10/2011: Brooke from Montgomery, Tx, Usa replies: "I would start immediately with Castor Oil packs right on top of the stone. The Castor oil helps them break down into smaller pieces so that you can pass them easily. I would keep them on for 2-4 hours every night until they pass - even longer if you are not working!! "
03/16/2011: Melissa Caldwell from Henderson, Nv. replies: "My daughter is having a kidney stone episode and I am going to try the Apple Cider Vinegar and was curious about the castor oil packs. How do I do that and should I place a heating pad over the pack? Thank you, Melissa"
03/17/2011: Del from Cobar, New South Wales, Australia replies: "To all who have tried these remedies, does anyone have uric acid stones? This is my problem and after having my left kidney removed, 2 years ago, I now have stones in my right kidney and am desparate to try to dissolve them. Help. Thanks"

04/09/2011: Cindy from Bundamba, Qld Aus. replies: "My Mum has had numerous stones over the years and yes pass all of them, being over 1mm. She knows she had a few sitting in one of her kidneys, with one being at least 10mm.This week she went to the urologist and after a course of baking soda tablets and she said " some other tablet that she hates", she didn't even know what it was, that she is stone free at the mo. but I am after a preventative for her with diabetics..... Can anyone help, because some cure the stones and upset the diabetes."
05/22/2011: Ouch from Nsw replies: "I'm a naturopathic student. I have calcium oxalate stones so I pay extra attention when they teach about those.

Uric acid stones can be dissolved. Calcium oxalate stones seem very difficult to dissolve. I'm trying to find out if its possible at all. Some websites say they can, but I have not read that in my textbooks yet, but I'll keep looking.

Nutrients to prevent formation of calcium oxalate stones. Magnesium and B6 together. Vitamin k. potassium."

07/12/2011: Mary from Temecula, California replies: "to del from NSW! Plz try black cherry juice (will help with uric acid) and a diet high in greens snd magnesium supplements. And stay very hydrated, try watermelon too , but it's a major diuretic, so be sure to drink more water than ever. Also, try asparagus juice (raw) with a few cans of coke (helps the oxolate stones emensly, but worth a try given asparagus diuretic properties). All of this is highly nutritious (except coke) and is well worth a try - please report back and I hope this helps your kidney!"
12/13/2011: Nicole from Minneapolis, Mn replies: "It's 8pm and at 6:45 pm I drank 4 oz. of fresh squeezed lemon juice followed by 4 oz. of extra virgin olive oil, followed by 1 liter of H2O.

My kidney stone pain was at about a 5/10, now it's at a 2/10. This is my second bout with the pesky buggers and a nurse I spoke with on the phone refused to even make me an appointment, rather, she insisted that I come to the emergency room tonight. I can't afford to, so I was planning on coming home and drinking a few beers-which also helped me with my first go round. However, I didn't like the side effects (drunkeness for a light weight like me).

This remedy is AMAZING!! I'm going to have another lemon juice EVOO elixer before bed. Gracias a Dios!"

12/26/2011: Homeopath from Sedona, Az replies: "There is a story of a doc long ago who had many physical problems. He ended up going to a homeopath who cured all but his recurrent kidney stones. He himself became a homeopath and decided to make a remedy from his kidney stones, which not only cured him but made the tartar fall from his teeth! A classical homeopath would have access to both remedies- one for oxalates and one for calcium. Potency should be 6 or 12c. You can also contact me at info(at)healthrays.com."
06/09/2012: Jana from Sedona, Az replies: "People have written to me to ask about the remedy I mentioned. Although the best approach is to find a remedy suited to YOU, in addition very low potencies of the kidney oxalates produced or the calcium ones are used to dissolve the stones, although they may not always prevent more from actually forming. Please note the difference. You can email me for more info at info(at)healthrays.com."
06/18/2012: Cuco from Silverdale, Washington replies: "Answering the question for Del, from Cobar, New South Wales, Australia. Del, I have heard a few times about doctors prescribing "alopurinol" to prevent the formation of uric acid stones in the kidneys, but I don't know if it helps disolve them. Alopurinol is usually prescribed for the treatment of Gout, (uric acid in the joints) so it makes sense. I hope this info can help you."
08/07/2012: Brian from London, Uk replies: "I found this site a couple of months ago when suffering for the third time with kidney stones. I did not want to go through surgery again. I had just had an ultrasound and had been informed I had two medium (7mm) stones in one kidney and a large one (14mm) in the other.

The consultant told me I'd have to have surgery again and ordered a CT scan, which took place about a month after the the ultrasound. In the meantime, as soon as I read the remedies here, I immediately drank a glass of olive oil and lemon juice. An hour later I felt really ill and almost vomited, so I didn't try it again. Instead I started drinking ACV once a day, and kept this up most days for a few weeks.

Today I saw the consultant about the results of the CT scan, and he told me the stones are gone! There is just a small 2mm stone in one kidney, too small to worry about, he said.

Thank you so much for the remedies, you've saved me from a gruesome op!!

As a note of advice, don't try LJ and OO on an empty stomach! Take it after food only."

08/15/2012: Charlene from Usa, Indiana replies: "Brian I am having the same problem you did and I was wondering how much lemon juice, olive oil and ACV you drank a day?"
01/09/2013: Gary from Perth, Western Australia replies: "Just wondering how much Apple Cider Vinegar you should drink a day, I've got a 13mm calcium stone and lots of little stones in both kidneys. Thanks."

Alcohol and Kidney Stones

01/05/2010: Jandrew from Naples, Florida: "can anyone tell me if alcohol or wine helps produce kidney stones. i know draft beer does but dont know about the above. thanks. going to try the apple cider"

Replies
07/05/2010: Chris from Miami, Fl replies: "Beer and wine contains oxolates and will reduce your risk of kidney stones. My wife could not believe the Urologist actually prescribed me to drink as much beer as possible to pass the stone!

As prevention wine and beer along with plenty of water will reduce kidney stone formation."
09/01/2010: No-nonsense from Tucson, Arizona replies: "Alcohol is your enemy when it comes to kidney stone formation. I also had a urologist recommend beer to pass kidney stones. She, like many urologists, didn't have a clue about nutrition. Yes, beer, like coffee, is a diuretic. But it also dehydrates you and contains oxalates (acid constituent in calcium oxalate kidney stones). If you want to pass a kidney stone, drink A LOT of water (I have passed 8 of them, I know). Always stay hydrated. There is a reason why Arizona is considered the kidney stone capital of the US, namely dehydration. That in combination with consuming chocolate, coffee, alcohol, soy products and other bitter substances (rhubarb, spinach, etc. ). The other danger is sugar. Sugar and artificial sweeteners. They deplete your body's ability to absorb magnesium, which helps make calcium soluble to the body. If you are not absorbing the calcium, then your body eliminates it, which means it passes through your kidneys, thereby increasing the chance of kidney stone formation. Avoid sugars and artificial sweeteners. I had a hard time changing my diet (oh, avoid nuts too), but your long-term health is more important than being able to enjoy a chocolate ice cream with nuts on top."
12/08/2010: Howard from Sarasota, Fl replies: "Yes, alcohol should be avoided according to any urologist who's up-to-date on research. All alcohol has oxalates, and research has figured out that oxalates are what causes most people's stones. If you have a stone removed thru surgery, or if you pee it out and capture it in a screen (they give you at the hospital but you can probably buy them), they can find out if it's an oxalate stone or not. But most of them are, so you should avoid oxalates as much as reasonable. They are in a lot of foods, and in all alcohol, so best to avoid alcohol so you're free to eat some oxalate foods like chicken, beef, fish, most veggies, most fruits and many nuts. You can eat some of the above, but if you eat a lot, your risk goes way higher. Since you need to eat and most foods have oxalates, better to cut the alcohol so you can eat normal foods more often."
06/02/2012: Michelle from Durban, South Africa replies: "I had 4-6mm kindney stones for the first time in my life after I had my son. And thereafter like clockwork, every year around the same time, I was hospitalised and had them removed. The last time I ended up with kidneystanes and severe kidney infection, which caused my kidneys to bleed severely. This in turn caused complications. I developed pneumonia and my lungs collapsed, due to shallow breathing because of the severe pain when my diaphram touched the inflamed kidneys.

I was hospitalised for 3 weeks!! It was hell and very scary.

Before I fell pregnant, I developed an affinity for Margeritas! However, I din't have any alcohol during my pregnancy of course. Could the Tequila have caused the stones?

I also developed an accute craving for normal tea, with milk and suger when I fell pregnant. I had never used to drink normal tea at all until then. Throughout my pregnancy I drank gallons of tea.

And especially when I was breastfeeding> It was insane!! Could the tea have contributed to the annual occurence of kidney stones?

Tequila or tea? as this is the only two thing I added to my diet just before I started getting kidney stones.

Mich"

06/07/2012: Marvelousme50 from Brownstown, Il replies: "Michelle from Durban, South Africa to answer your question tea and tequila can cause kidney stones. I used to drink iced tea every day because I love the taste of it but I will not drink any iced tea anymore because it contains oxalates and oxalates cause kidney stones. Also tequila I believe has oxalates also. As other people on here have mentioned alcohol causes dehydration. Dehydration can cause kidney stones. I avoid sodas too because they cause me to develop kidney stones especially caffeinated sodas. I drink only water and Powerade Zeros because they have electrolytes and replace lost fluids. They are sugar free and I do not like the artifical sweetners but I am watching how much sugar I ingest. I hope this information helps you. I have passed many stones and I am sure the stones I did pass were because I drank much iced tea many years ago and drank many sodas and any alcohol I consumed did not help either.

Please try the lemon juice and olive oil remedy recommended on here. It has helped me out very much. Apple cider vinegar helps also. I have also used baking soda for the burning pain in my urinary tract. Also drink plenty of water. I would recommend at least 64 ounces or 8-8 ounce cups of water or as much as possible. These cures have helped me very much and kept me from having to go to the ER. I hope this information helps you. :)"

03/26/2013: Darlam68 from Rancho Mirage, Ca replies: "I have a question as to how much of the remedies do I consume as far and measurements of the ingredients? This is all soo much great information, and I am so thankful to finally come across this site! And I really want to start on the remedies right away, I dont have health care insurance and the medical care I do have is county funded so its not that I'm getting care, which I'mnot really getting anywhere with this, and I do have the symptoms of kidney stones, for about well a month and a half now and still the dr isnt sure wat it is and I try to explain it to the dr but all he had to ask me was have I ever suffered from depression? seriously? I know I'm not depressed, I'm just in pain! And I am watching what I eat and I drink alot of water and I am in the bathroom at least every 15 to 30 minutes..... So I thank god for this site and to all of you for sharing this information! Bless you all!"

[YEA]  11/15/2006: Kathy from West Salem, IL: "I took Shaklee's Alfalfa for my kidney stones. I had 3 large ones and Dr was set to blast them.Did a Cat Scan to locate them and was shocked to find them gone. He gave God the credit but I did drink lots of water and took 20 4 times a day of Alfalfa. Had read that someone else had done this and it worked for them. It worked for me too. For the bleeding I had in my first experience I have learned that Magnesium relieves that. I drank lots of water too. It cured 3 stones that the doctor described as bigger than a 50 cent piece. I really like the idea of the lemon juice and olive oil. But I tried that and like others it did not work for me. But appreciated knowing this to share with others that might find it works for them."

06/09/2008: Shazia from London, ENGLAND replies: "Are you sure you took 20 tablets 4 times a day as i have heard that alfalfa in excess cn lead to lupus (SLE). Also did it improve your skin?"
10/08/2011: Foundations4health from Houston, Tx replies: "In response to alfalfa causing lupus. It was my understanding that an amino acid known as L-canavanine is known to cause lupus like symptoms in those who have not been diagnosed with lupus. It has also been known to cause flare ups in those who have been diganosed with lupus. Alfalfa seeds and sprouts have high levels of this amino acid but the leaves have far lower levels.

So, it is not that alfalfa causes lupus but that a protein in alfalfa has been know to cause lupus like symptoms. This amino acid can be found in other foods.

I would say that the health benefits of alfalfa are well documented and favorable when used in moderation. If you have been diagnosed with lupus, an alternative to alfalfa might be the best route for you."

[YEA]  07/08/2011: Katy from Mt Carmel, Il, Usa: "I had kidney stones and every 3 yrs they would develop... So I began drinking alot of water with baking soda in it.. Since that helps the water be more drinkable if you have hard water. Anyway the baking soda changes the pH of the body so that stones can disolve. Mine were the size of a 50 cent piece so I didn't think it would do any good.

I also took 10 alfalfa every 3 hrs.. As that also helps the pH. On Tues was told these stones needed to be blasted.. Was to be back on following Tues.. And cat scan did not show any stones at all. You can be sure I was very happy about that. Now I have the other kind of stones.... Calcium type.. And the others were Uric acid type. So am trying the olive oil and lemon for these. Am sure it will work... because of many examples on the site."

Apple Cider Vinegar Remedy for Kidney Stones

Home Remedy Ingredients:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 Oz
  • Filtered Water - Large Glass

To dissolve and pass a kidney stone with limited discomfort, mix 2 oz. of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and drink this ACV Tonic over a short period of time. Repeat this treatment the next day if necessary, but one dose is often enough to help you pass kidney stones within a day’s time.

[YEA]  04/08/2013: Jason from Minneapolis, Mn: "You can buy ACV pills at nutrional stores so you dont have to drink it and burn your throught just be sure to drink plenty of filtered water with the pills and most kidney stones will disolve within a few days sometimes they disolve them to a sand like substance which is really easy to pass compared to a stone."

01/30/2013: Daniel from Edmonton, Alberta replies: "magnesium supplements, vit b6 plus 1 cup celery juice nightly. Those combination is enough not to pass the stone but to dissolve it completely. lemon and Apple Cider Vinegar is good but taking it continuosly will irritate your throat."
02/20/2013: Daniel Cruz from Edmonton, Alberta replies: "if for prevention purposes only, every other day is enough. If there s already a stones that giving you too much discomfort, make it nightly (magnesium plus vit b6). But those 2 is not enough. Celery juice is still the most important. 1 cup nightly and within 2 weeks you will see the results. If you want to know more especially if you have gout, e mail me. 02/12/2013: Grubfest from Los Angeles, California replies: "I recently went to the ER for a 12mm kidney stone which the urologist said was too big to pass. There were no empty slots at the OR for 3 months so I couldn't get it blasted right away. A stent placement was done instead. I started reading up about ACV and so far I drink a glass of water with 1-2 teaspoons of ACV and a bit of honey in the morning and in the afternoon. The ACV bottle label will show you how much to drink in a day. Also drink lots of water!! I never used to drink much water which most likely caused the stone formation. The urologist/ physician said I didn't have to avoid any kind of food and this was honestly baffling. I did research online and found out about oaxalates and other things that may contribute to kidney stones. I sure am glad I didn't take the urologist's word for it!!"

[YEA]  11/16/2012: Mitzy from Brampton, Ontario, Canada: "I didn't even know I had kidney stones. I started drinking ACV in my water like suggestions on this site a few times a day. Over the course of a few weeks I had the most surprising thing happen to me. One day I saw one stone in the toilet after I urinated. I was shocked and thought it must be my eyes playing tricks on me. I continued with my day and latter in the day I saw another one in the toilet after urinating again.

When my husband came home from work that day I told him my story and told him how I had a dull ache in my back. Since he is the kidney stone expert in the family(he has had kidney stone attacks a few times). He told me that ya that was pretty typical feeling after the kidney stones pass. The amazing thing is I felt no pain at all before and during the process - just after a slight sensitivity. I was totally amazed!

ACV is now a regular regime in our house by all of us. Thanks for all the information at this site- it is just wonderful!"

Kidney stones in both kidneys the right one for a long time but not accute the left one went bad really fast. I started to take the Apple Cider Vinegar but tried it with Apple juice like some one suggested. I MIXED 8 TABLESPONS WITH A GLASS OF APPLE JUICE. 03/31/2013: Nevadasmith from Portland, Pennsylvania, Usa replies: "Absence of pain does NOT mean that your problem is resolved. I had a stone stuck in one ureter and made a trip to the ER. I did a follow up visit with the urologist. He said the stone was stuck in my left ureter and wanted me to get x-rays every week for four weeks and come see him again every week. I agreed to see him again in four weeks after having one more x-ray to see if the stone had mved. It did not move during that time but I felt no real pain just occasional mild discomfort. I then scheduled surgery. By the time my surgery took place the stone still hadn't moved. This means that my left kidney was shut down for six weeks. They say not to go longer than that cause you can damage your kidney. Just cause you feelno pain does not mean you are okay. If the stone is stuck and not moving, you may not feel any pain but could be damaging your kidney if you don't get the stone out."

[YEA]  08/30/2012: Billy from El Paso, Texas: "I found this site about 2 months ago, being an open minded skeptic I had to try the ACV for my kidney stones which I suffer from 6-8 times a year. Half the time the symptoms were just mild aches in the low back, the other half of the time the were assume the fetal position, and vomit due to the pain. I have suffered from kidney stones for the last 9 years and was willing to try anything, and I am glad I did.

My most recent bout was with one of those that causes me to assume the fetal position, I asked my wife to get some ACV. When she returned with it, I took about 1 1/2 shots of it followed by a glass of water. Within 10-20 minutes the pain was gone. It was the greatest day finding this great home remedy. I hope this helps you too. I have found that mixing the ACV with apple juice and some honey makes it go down easier."

I then proceeded to pass 64 3mm stones over the next 3 days I cought them and had to take them to my urologist, who I never heard anything back from. Fast forward to yesterday when I found this website, I have been having kidney and lower abdominal pain for about 10 days, I could feel the stone moving down the line, I tried about 3 sips of apple cider vinegar today and though it was the worst thing I have ever tasted... It worked! No pain since been feeling great since then haven't passed my stone yet but no more pain it's a big deal. Didn't even cost that much, only a dollar at my local Foodfair. One thing, prepare to have heartburn all day, and hold your nose while you drink it, but it's worth it!!"

07/12/2012: Joseph from Denver, Co replies: "My stone was about 6 mm, and was causing me HORRIFFIC pain. Stopped and parked my car twice enroute to the Hospital, and vomited to dry heaves. As Roseanne Rosanna Danna used to say, " Thought I was gonna Die!! ...

My visit to a VA Hospital ER was a nightmare. The RN's and Docs didn't have a clue. They looked at me with the expression of a dog looking at a new food dish, head twisting and all... If it isn't surgery or meds from a big Pharmaceutical Co. , most docs are as dumb as your stone is.

Thank God for the internet and Homeopathy! The apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp (not tsp) and water water and more water, every hour until I couldn't hold any more water, did the trick. I drank the water with a lot of lemon juice in it. Within about two hours the pain went from a 9 down to a 1 or 2. Then it disappeared. The urologist INTERN had already scheduled surgery and proudly predicted a good deal of post op pain. (It was an intern who was going to do my "surgery" ; and a steel instrument into my urethra by an inexperienced, arrogant guy didn't sound very promising.

Thank God for the internet and unselfish prior sufferers willing to share their paths to recovery!! The real helpers here don't always wear starched white lab coats or drape big stethescopes around their neck and strut the hospital halls to impress; they are just good people who want to help.

A note to Docs and RN's:

People in severe pain don't want to be impressed; they want their severe pain relieved. Sincere empathy is HARD TO FIND in a hospital these days. Bless you all who have shared your effective remedies on line.

Love ya, Joe"

I am very motivated to start drinking the apple cider, but a bit concerned about some comments related to possible side effects on ulcerative colitis.

I'm willing to try anything at this point."

One year later, pain again with a 1cm kidney stone visable on xray and a smaller one forming too. The doctor told him that he would not be able to pass this one, but he refused to be put in hospital coz of the ordeal he thru before.

With no insurance available I got on internet and looked for natural remedies, I made a mixture of apple cider vinegar with water and honey and made a pitcher of lemonaid every day and the herb Chanca Piedra (one capsule a day) 3 weeks went along, then he was uncomfortable but not bad. One night he passed the small one first and then the 1 cm. It was the most ugliest thing I ever saw. I never seen a man so happy in my life. I am a firm believer of the herb Chanca Piedra, now he takes one a day. Hope this helps someone."

I had my first kidney stones experience in 1999. I will never forget the pain. I was at work, went to urinate and as I was about to do this, felt a sharp pain (like of a knife) in my left lower back, left lower stomach and left leg. It was so soared, unbearable. I couldn't stand up and very carefully, holding onto the doors and walls, got out and came back from the toilets to the office reception area. When the receptionnist saw me she could see I wasn't well. I asked her if I could lean on her desk as I couldn't walk further or sit. I just wanted to gain some time for the pain to go away. To my own surprise, the pain was growing fast and I couldn't hold it anymore. I started crying. My manager who was immediately called to witness what I was growing through asked for an ambulance to be called. When the nurses arrived and tried to put me on the strecher, I was screaming like hell. The pain was just too much. I was admitted to hospital. It took the doctor 2 days to see that it was kidney stones. The first day, he even told me that despite all the scans he couldn't see anything and that all was in my head. Therefore he suggested that I was released, go home and take strong painkillers. I had an operation, the stones were taken out and I still remember the pain afterwards when I was healing. It took me two weeks to recover.

Today, 13 years later, I'm feeling a similar pain but this time on the right side. The pain in my right leg is very similar to a cramp and the one in my groin and my right kidney is unbearable. When it all started three days ago, I thought it was due to my periods that I was having. I also had nauseas, a lot of fever and I was bloated. But three days later, I start suspecting that something was definitely wrong. I couldn't sit and even took 2 days off work to just lie down. This morning, I thought of calling the doctor and before doing that thought of going on google to find out what type of disease gave the same symptoms like mine. I tried to look up severa diseases but only the kidney stones symptoms were similar to the ones I had.

By chance, I saw this site and am so happy I did. When I read the recipe with the lemon juice and olive oil, I tried it immediatly. After the first 10 minutes, I could the feel no more pain. I thought it was in my head but as I'm typing this message (30 minutes later) I still feel no pain. I'll observe and see how I feel 24 hours later. I then read the comment sent by Bjsuggs from Florsville, Texas. My question is regarding the herb Chanca Piedra. What is it exactly and what does it do to the system?

Thank you to all of you who have posted these remedies. God bless as you saved so many lives, including mine.

I'm looking forward to reading your answer."

08/16/2012: Shydz from Durban, Outside Us replies: "Hi, I also get kidneys stones and they hurt like hell! I had a bout with them in March and the Doctor told me there are still 4 (two in each kidney) that needs to come down. He wanted to take me in to theatre to pass them. I have since resigned and don't have medical aid.

This morning I started getting kidney pains again. I am going to definitely start the remedy and see how it goes.

Did you find out about the tablets - if we are able to get them in SA? Thanks"
