First, thank you for the great website--I've been searching for this type of confirmation for several days now. My story is that I use earplugs when I sleep, as I awake easily. About a week ago, I had taken a shower right before bed and dried ears with a towel (no q-tip). The earplug didn't seem to go in as usual (perhaps the wrong angle). The day after, about mid-day, I noticed that my ear was hurting. Two days later I was in a full-blown ear infection. I stopped working a few months ago to do some studies, as such, no money to go to the doctor. I prayed and the Lord said to read a book about hydrogen peroxide that was sitting on my shelf and decided that it wouldn't hurt. So, I put one cap of H2O2 into my ear and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I couldn't hear anything happening, at first. Then the bubbling started. Rather cool. I kept doing this every two to three hours. By the end of the night, the pain (so strong that I really couldn't touch the ear without feeling like I was going to throw up) was 90% gone. After two treatments the following day, there is no longer ANY pain whatsoever. Praise the Lord! Now, I must say that I don't know for certain if my immune system had typed the virus/bacteria by this point, as I had been sick for a few days by the time I started... Regardless, the pain appeared to decrease with each treatment--I thought I was imagining it until the 4th treatment--I then KNEW that there was a difference. By the way, I should mention that I also dried my ear out with q-tips, and then used a warm blow dryer for about 10 minutes after each treatment. Perhaps I had come down with swimmer's ear from using the earplugs on wet ears--drying is important. Anyway, thank God for hydrogen peroxide and a cured ear infection. I am now using 3% in a humidifier, breathing it in for multiple 5 minute sessions throughout the day, and have seen a big difference in my energy levels--very cool. I might add that I have to inhale with my eyes closed...else the stuff irritates my eyes. Pretty cool stuff! :o) :o) :o)

Swimmers ear can be avoided by putting alcohol in each ear after being in the water. I have to do that after a shower. The hair dryer might harm the ear drum by making them to dry. Alcohol will cause the water to evaporate with it.

I have not had an ear infection or cold for three and a half years now. The H2O2 gets used in each ear twice a week, and I simply tissue and Q-tip my ears dry each time I shower. That's it! Hydrogen peroxide is the most effective and CHEAPEST supplement I've ever tried. Thanks again for this website--three years free! :) :) :)

Well, it was good to see a post that I made a long time ago. Yes, I do mean rubbing alcohol. I'm going to using the PH for an ear infection that just doesn't seem to want to clear up. Good luck all. I'm glad to see the site is re-visited by others who have used it and they leave new feedback.

I had a severe chest infection and plugged left ear. After 2 rounds of antibiotics I got better but was left with dizziness and deafness and a ticking noise in left ear. I had lost 50% hearing. That was 2 years ago. I started using h202 in both ears about 1 year ago and noticed right away it cured the ticking and in time no more dizziness. I noticed about 2 months ago. I can hear perfectly in both ears. I am a great beleiver in hydrogen peroxide. Also my husband and I don't get sick much anymore. Thanks for the great site. linda c. canada

I've used brown bottle HP 3% to help disinfect ears after swimming in dirty seawater and to help eliminate some ear wax. I've always heard it fizzing away like it's boiling and doing something active.

I got some food grade HP 3% to nebulize and breathe. I switched to that for my ears thinking it would be better. But when I use the food grade I don't hear any fizzing noise so I don't have the confidence it's doing the same as the brown bottle HP. Does anyone have any comment to that?

Thanks,
Ron.

This may be too late to assist the OP, but if anyone else is curious, hydrogen peroxide breaks down with time. According to William Campbell Douglass's book, the breakdown can be slowed, by keeping it in the freezer.

True enough, if a $.79 home remedy jeopardizes the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical and medical industries, there will be an effort to squash it as either dangerous, ineffective, or both. Since July (when we started to receive anti-H202 emails), more articles are appearing on the internet and in magazines about the dangers and ineffectiveness of drinking hydrogen peroxide as reported by the FDA. The latest article we just read came from Consumer Reports, December 2006, page 53. They devote an entire column to the dangers of hydrogen peroxide. The title: "Safety Alert: Hydrogen Peroxide Isn't For Drinking". The article references several websites promoting H202 as a cure for cancer. No doubt the author came to this page too!

To quote from the article: "The idea behind ingesting hydrogen peroxide stems from a now-discredited theory that cancer and AIDS thrive on a lack of oxygen in the body."

Ummmm, discredited by what studies? Show us!

According to the FDA, when taken orally H202 might cause gastrointestinal irritation or ulcers. Hey, so does ibuprofen, which also causes acid reflux in people. We seriously doubt there are many people foolish enough to swallow large quantities of peroxide and suffer these purported side effects. (The standard dosage for food grade peroxide is 3-4 drops per 8 oz of distilled water.) If there are indeed people suffering side effects from these minute dosages, we'd like to see the reports.

4/1/2007: Below is one case sent to us today by Anonymous from New York City, NY. Here is the link to this abstract.

1: J Emerg Med. 2006 May;30(4):403-6. Hemorrhagic gastritis and gas emboli after ingesting 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Moon JM, Chun BJ, Min YI.

Department of Emergency Medicine, Chonnam National University Hwasun Hospital and Chonnam Medical School, Gwangju, South Korea.

It is well known that ingestion of low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide is usually nontoxic; this does not produce gas embolism and is only a mild irritant to the gastrointestinal tract. We report the case of a 25-year-old woman who ingested one mouthful of 3% hydrogen peroxide and presented to the Emergency Department with persistent vomiting and epigastric pain. The radiographic evaluation found portal venous gas emboli. In addition, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy performed 2 h after ingestion revealed diffuse hemorrhagic gastritis. She showed a decrease of hemoglobin concentration and a positive test result for occult blood in stool. She was observed for 14 days and discharged. Follow-up endoscopy showed erythematous gastritis. This case illustrates that a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide can cause portal venous gas embolism and severe gastrointestinal injuries even if only a small amount is ingested."

-------------

4/2/2007: Ted from Bangkok writes, "No one uses 1% concentration for internal purposes either. So 3% is way beyond that.

In the alternative health field, the maximum is actually 0.5% concentration. Actually and optimum H2O2 concentration was first determined in 1950s by Dr. Reginald Holman by implanting Walker 256 adenocarcinoma tumours. The drinking water for the rat used H2O2 optimum concentration needed to kill the tumors were about 0.45 percent.

Tumours completely disappeared in 15 to 60 days in rats. Of course a better way is to add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in the glass of 0.45% concentration of H2O2. This can be extended to treatment of almost any kinds of conditions, from virus, bacteria, microbial infections, pneumonia, tuberculosis, flu, etc. My own experience of using just baking soda (also increases the body's oxygen) and ascorbate vitamin C about three weeks for a small tumor to go into remission.

A more effective I think in the future of peroxide therapy is to add baking soda to the 0.45% concentration to normal drinking water since baking soda is alkaline and increases oxygen, while the peroxide furthers this natural increase. Ted

My wife drank a glass of this by mistake. - she doesn't waste drinking water. There were no detectable effects whatsoever.

'according to the FDA' ?? are you kidding me.. ?? you are posting things on this site where the majority of users would not believe a word the FDA says, not to mention when it's about something that is a complete threat to their goals.

obviously everyone on here has been talking about FOOD GRADE PEROXIDE, not 3% pharmaceutical stuff.. so why you are sitting here responding to someone that said show us the studies to do with debunking the FACT that cancer and AIDS thrive in low oxygen bodies more so than high oxygen bodies..

the fda is a government entity, its all about money, our gov. has been hiding things from us for many years. Common sense your body already has water and oxygen in it. so hear is something to think about, no one can make money on.

H.P. they would rather treat than cure anyways, money is in treatment.

there are many God given remedies out here, you just have to do your research

I do 4 drops (3%food grade) in 8oz. of water when I feel bad and it picks me right up. the medical field is way over rated alot of guess work.or grey area as a doc would say.

It`s also the dilution of the 35%, Nobody in their right mind would drink a cap or glass full of undiluted 35% HP.

Nobody in their right mind would use the amount`s recommended by some publications I have read either then you will wing up in the RE. This works for me, including sleep, it knocks you out right away.

I take a 1/2 gallon jug, make a mix of lemon juice & real stevia extract then just add a cap or two of the 35% HP put it in the refrigerator & take a swig or a shot glass full as needed, don`t drive or go out, you will start to fall asleep shortly there after.

I do notice that I do get diarrhea for a day or two and may not be for 2-3 days after I use it, whats going on with this I don`t know just that it happens. I also noticed that Sodium Bicarbonate helps with Diarrhea if you occasionally get it, so including it might be a good idea for more then one reason.

There is a report from the Washington Post of the danger of swallowing the 35% hydrogen peroxide. They say it quickly releases a bubble of oxygen that can find its way into the blood vessels and block blood flow to the heart, brain, and lungs. It has been responsible for 294 emergencies from 2001-2011 including 5 deaths, 15 people being permanently disabled and 41 people suffering blockages from the gas bubble released in their systems. When an embolism does occur, the only treatment is to put the person in a hyperbaric chamber (like they do for divers) but that does not always work. It was published just a couple of days ago and is in the Virginian-Pilot today (2/5/17).

Oh my, Magnolia 16,

I would like to hear MtM's opinion about this! Instead of taking so many drops, three times a day of peroxide, as I swish a cap full diluted with a cap full of water sometimes I swallow a small amount. I didn't think it would be any worse than swallowing the bubbles in Perrier.

The peroxide I get is 3%. I noticed yesterday my stool was a bit foamy. I had also increased my cancer killing cocktail. I would hope it's "bubbling" any cancer cells out of my GI tract if any are there!

Please advise...

Dear Kt,

Here is my 2 cents on the hydrogen peroxide issue.

The article in the Washington Post has this title, “A swig of hydrogen peroxide – promoted by alternative health devotees – can kill you." From there, the article references a study by Benjamin Hatten. Here is the study for anyone interested:

http://www.ohsu.edu/emergency/about/news/2013/nacct/posters/peroxide.pdf

The problem is that the article seems to imply that taking hydrogen peroxide for health reasons has caused deaths.

The data for the study, obtained from the National Poison Data System, appears to only be studying the effects of ingesting concentrations of hydrogen peroxide of 10% or greater. (“After elimination of low peroxide concentration ingestions, 294 cases of symptomatic high concentration peroxide ingestion were available for analysis.")

I am not aware of anyone in the alternative health field that has ever recommended taking a solution of 10% concentration of hydrogen peroxide internally for a health benefit. As far as I have heard or read, any alternative health suggestion for hydrogen peroxide ingestion is in very, very diluted, less than 1%.

From the data, it appears that all of the ingestions of larger concentrations of hydrogen peroxide were accidental. I think anyone who intentionally ingested a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide would be intending to cause self-harm.

Perhaps in the alternative health world, people who use 35% hydrogen peroxide internally need to clarify that it is ALWAYS diluted very much.

I had some 35% hydrogen peroxide in my house for a while, but I eventually got rid of it (gave it to a scientist friend) because I didn't think it was safe since I have children in my house. And, even adults have accidents with 35% peroxide, in the diluting process or by forgetting to dilute it. I use the 3% hydrogen peroxide for my needs, though I have not used it internally.

According to the National Capital Poison Control Center, http://www.poison.org/articles/2012-jun/hydrogen-peroxide

“Swallowing small amounts of household (3%) hydrogen peroxide usually is not dangerous."

Anyway, the article goes back and forth between talking about the dangers of ingesting hydrogen peroxide and talking about people who use it internally for health benefits. But they seem to be comparing apples to oranges each time. The article does not seem to have a single example of a person who took a very diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide for health and dying or having serious complications from it.

Regarding the foam in the stool – I do not know what would cause that.

And, my hat is off to Mmsg, who managed to say all of this much more succinctly. J

HI U GOOD FOLKS,,,,,, suggest you read this referenced site as it is the start of a war on the use of Hydrogen Peroxide. Dilute.... is a cup of tea, but not the 50% we used as a bleach in the paper industry. I had to handle it and always wore protective goggles and clothes. One drop in your eye and you are blind. The 35% is also dangerous if not handled properly. That said, people on EC use it all the time and yep, we have some nerds that flub up, but not many.

This article is about some nerds flubbing up, but the medical field and media are making big deal and will try to control it as they now do in England. They do not want the public knowledgeable about self medicating. Reading the comments will inform you better than the article itself.

Straight 35% food grade h202 that you can only get delivered by UPS because it's considered a hazardous oxidizer as in 'rocket fuel' so the post office won't handle it... could kill you if you tried to drink a glass full of it. And would certainly put you in the hospital for a while with a burned throat and who knows what else internal organs?

If you buy a bottle of 35% food grade (the least tainted with other chemical additives made for different industrial uses) if you take a drop right out of the bottle and drop it on the top of your skin on your hand, it will turn white and begin to 'burn' the skin into a blister and then a wound, which will heal cleanly at least.

I believe there are some topical applications, for some kinds of warts or skin diseases/cancers where full 35% concentration is used... but NOT for ingestion.

You take a couple drops of the 35% right out of the bottle and into your glass of purified drinking water, stir it up and that should be a daily o2 bloodstream oxygen maintainer if you use the finger oxygen/pulse meter. Then for sicknesses, you work it up adding a drop a day until you reach about 25 drops which you stay on for a few days and then reverse the sequence cutting back slowly.

By then you should be feeling (they have a clinical name for this) a little tired and maybe flu-like for a few days which will be the dead illness bacteria cells/virus toxins being eliminated and flushed from your system.

I have done some intense research on this. I'm also well researched over the course of a decade of many natural remedies. I do not for one second trust "the big boys" who run the Western medical establishment. Last year we were all told to stop eating avocados because it would cause heart disease.. Hilarious. Basically, anything that could and does work as preventative care, is discouraged because if every one were to become more healthy, they would stop going to the ER and developing disease. Slowly but surely, I have turned my own inherited issues around completely. The main thing is a heart weakness.

Moving on: I am 100% that the cases reported from people dying or going to the ER from ingesting hydrogen peroxide was because of mis-interpreting the advice they read, and mis-interpreting directions. FIRST OF ALL, it must be 35% food-grade and NOT over the counter due to the stabilizers, heavy metals, and other nasty industrial additives. That stuff is made in in industrial factories. It doesn't undergo the intense purification process that Food grade does in a lab. SECOND of all, when people look at recipes, they can get 3% to 35% confused. Some recipes call for 1-2 tablespoons (or ounces) of the PRE-deluted 3% that you've made from your 35% food grade - NOT the 35% itself. While other recipes DO call for straight 35%, such as larger recipes for your hot tub, your bath tub, or laundry. This can confuse people if they don't pay attention to detail. PAY attention to detail, and ONLY look at recipes you find through official websites like Garden of Eden. There are all kinds of recipes floating around the internet, and sometimes people can mis-write the recipe they are sharing, confusing the reader as to if they should be using 1-2 ounces of the pre-diluted 3%, or the straight 35%... Now, that said, when it comes to ingesting it... IT is ONLY 1-3 drops for a glass of water with a glass dropper. That's IT people! You have to gradually increase slowly, you can't just start taking tons of Oxygen not expect to have consequences.

Moving on, I tried this PROPERLY unlike those who landed themselves in the ER. I used 1-2 drops to start in a glass of water.. Within 24 hours, I cannot tell you how many improvements I had in my cognitive function, my clarity of mind, my energy, and my over all health. Instead of doing it twice a day, I have chosen to just do it once a day. No need to over do a good thing. 1-2 drops of 35% in a glass of water is more powerful than you would think. I feel like I could run 100 mile marathon, and my mental clarity is through the roof. I am 100% convinced of the effectiveness of this. The only health challenge I'm facing is a heart weakness that I inherited from my mom. I'm 33, and sometimes it aches. I have more breathing capacity now than ever before, and I've only been doing this for two days! I will continue to play it safe and only use 1-2 drops. Next week, I may increase that dosage to 3-4. Due to my tiny body weight (110 pounds and 5'6 in height), I don't see the need to gradually increase beyond that. The effects I'm feeling are incredible enough. I have read people gradually move up to 15-20 drops.. Its difficult to imagine doing that when I already feel like super woman on 1-2 drops!

All I can say is DO NOT jump into using 35% food grade until you FULLY understand the educational material available to you. And DO NOT make mistakes when diluting! If directions are properly followed, you will be okay. Its human error that caused these medical emergencies.

I do not know the protocol for emphysema but when taking 35% food grade H2O2, it should be taken on an empty stomach. Take it and then set timer for 1 hour and then one can eat. After eating, set timer for 3 hour and then one can take a dose of H2O2. Basic protocol says to start with 3 drops in 8 oz of distilled water, 3 times a day. Add one drop every day and work you way up to 25 drops per dose. If it becomes too much to handle (I don't know what they mean by that but I think upset stomach) then take the highest dosage you can handle. Be sure to supplement with pre or pro bitoics to replenish what the H2O2 destroys. I drink homemade kefir. I don't like kefir so I use frozen strawberries with it to make a smoothie to make it more palatable.

Best of luck to you.

Hi, You guys have probably found the answer by now. Whilst the strength of your dosage is dependent on your condition and its severity, you could do 5 drops of 35% Food grade hydrogen peroxide with 6 - 8 ounces of water. You can take this every day. There are other regiments you can go on for this and other conditions. Here is one I found http://www.foodgrade-hydrogenperoxide.com/ there is a free ebook you can download.

But Please caution your readers on the possible danger of using hydrogen peroxide in ENEMAS as suggested by someone on the section of different uses of hydrogen peroxide. Wouldn't the oxygenating or bubbling effect be SO TREMENDOUS once the enema is administered that one could get an exploding intestine from the amount of gases created upon contact of HP with all the bacterias?

I have used H2O2 enemas. As long as they are administered CORRECTLY, there is nothing to worry about. Be sure to use ONLY 3% H2O2 and no more than 3 tbs per each enema (no less than 1 quart of water). There will be slight fizzing, but it is just expelled when the enema is released; if done correctly, you certainly will not explode, but H2O2 can be very dangerous so for anyone considering H2O2 enemas, please carefully learn how to do them or you could cause damage.

Hey everyone, I tried to use 3% food grade h2o2 for a mouthwash 2 times a day and on the second day my mouth became really dry and I got a canker sore under my tongue, but I felt really energetic. I was wondering if I should dilute it more or maybe Just try the drops instead because that's much less potent, but I'm also afraid to take it internally. Do any of you have a suggestion. YOU SHOULD ALSWAYS START SLOW AND BUILD UP BY ONE DROP P/DAY, AND REDUCE THE SAME BY ONE DROP P/DAY. BEST SUCCESS TO YOU... SAM

Ben (and any others who have done the HP drops in water therapy}. What's your feedback now? I have been looking into this for some time now, have ordered some food grade HP, but I am still scared to try it! I don't seem to be able to find much feedback from people who have completed it successfully and still recommend it. There seems to be a lot of feedback where people get to a certain stage, then either give up or you don't hear anything from them ever again. So - feedback from people where it's worked, pleeease. Thankyou.

Glenys, I have been using 3% H2O2 Orally for just over a month working my way up to 25 Drops/3 times a day for 2 weeks now, and I feel great. I have been recently diagnosed with Rheumatiod Arthritis, and living with it for 1.5 yrs. It was sudden onset, and extreamly painful, to the point where I was suddenly using a cane to walk short distance's. I started feeling the positive effects right off the bat, and would definatly recomend it as worth a try. I have gone from taking a handful of pills every morning just to walk to stopping all med's including my allergy medication. The only side effects I have experienced are extreme thirst, high energy and weight loss. Also recently my muscles have become sore, because after a year and a half, I am actually using them again. I say Yeah to H2O2. Deffinatly give it a try, just remember to take on an empty stomach, and follow the drop schedule.

THANKYOU SOOO MUCH FOR REPLYING TINA!

I have started. I am going very slowly - I am increasing by one drop of 35% each day, and only once a day. Chicken eh? lol. I'm up to 14 drops in a huge glass of fildered water, which I take first thing in the morning. I feel ok. So far, I have some very smelly diarrhea, which I'm assuming is good - getting rid of toxins etc, but nothing that freaks me out yet. I'm intending to keep increasing by about one drop per day until I'm taking the 20 drops three times a day. I will keep posting. lotslove. Glenys

Ok, I got up to 15 drops three times a day, but only for a few days. I take my hat off to those brave souls who get this far and keep going - I couldn't - Disgusting LOL! I was feeling nauseous, not from the effects, but from the taste - just couldn't handle even the thought of it. So now I've backed down to 15 drops in 750 mls water once a day, and am trying the inhalation method for the rest of the day. Not into the habit of remembering yet, but will get there. I wasn't sick to start off with, but I came across this site when I had a week off work with sinusitis, and I'll give this therapy my best shot for a while - see if I can fix my nose. I am sqirting 2% up my nose too, when my nose gets blocked. At first I couldn't even tolerate the smallest amount of HP in my nose, but now I almost welcome the sting. So far, I DO feel good, and I think my sinuses are improving. I will post again. Good luck everyone.

Hi Glenys, bin a bit busy lately, more energy and the sun is shining. I have stuck with the HP oral drops now for 4 months, and am almost pain free. I only suffer from tendon pain and muscle pain latelty, which my chiropractor believes might be from the rapid weight loss I experienced, I dropped 20 lbs in the first 3 months. I have posted another entry dated April 14, 2009 which is page one of the peroxide page at the moment which has more details of what I have been experienceing lately. I am glad that you gave it a try.

Hi Gleny, try the fresh coconut water if you have the HP taste as a problem. Its cheap and easy. Its like sterilized water made by nature, only better. Once you come to the maintenance level, try 5 to 10 drops (food Grade HP 35%) per nut every day. I am sure you will not feel the HP taste and receive some added benefits from the coconut water. I dont know if finding coconuts is a problem for you, if so, try with fresh apple juice. Rgs, Max

Hi Bruce - I'm not Tina but, when I lived in Vancouver, I bought my 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide from Choices Market on 16th Avenue (Vancouver). You may want to give them a call to see if they still stock it. Good luck!

to Bruce from New Westminster. Choices carries 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. The bottle says 35% and they have put a sticker on the front changing it to 29% , probably for some legal reason to keep it on the market. 4 litres for approx $60.00..smaller amts are cheaper of course.

Almost daily, I would have trouble becoming very tired in mid afternoon. Many times I would catch myself falling asleep at my desk. I started 10-15 ML of 35% H202 with 8-10 oz of reverse osmosis water about three weeks ago. I almost immediately I regained my energy and no longer fight sleep in the afternoon. About two days into the processes I notice that well.... my slight problem with ED had gone away. Being skeptical I stopped taking it and it re-appeared. I began taking it again and it was no coincidence. So what's the reason for this?

Never take h202 with tap water. All water must be filtered or distilled. You never know what chemicals are in the tap water that can interact with the h202.

For me:

I mix 4 drops of 35% food grade h202 as in DROPS (not droppers full) in 16 fl oz bottle of filtered water. OR 2 drops of 35% Food grade h202 in 8 fl.oz glass bottle. (pre-mixed) If I feel it is too strong, i just dilute it with more water.

I shake the bottle before i drink it. I also use the (pre-mixed h202 that I made) with my Hydro Grossan sinus/nasal rinse. I usually out 2 tablespoon of my pre-mixed h202 into the water container, and fill the rest with filtered water and salt. I stir the water content and close the lid. I start rinsing my nose with it twice per day.

When I first started out - my nose was totally blocked in one side, constant post nasal drip, could not eat anything without having allergies. I went to doctors and had all kinds of antibiotics and even anti fungal for my candida - nothing worked. I would have phlegm everytime i ate something until I went on strict diet. Even with strict diet, I would still have constant hacking out of plegm after my salads.

One day, I just went on clear broth diet boiling (Chicken bones with filtered water and vegetables(any -but no carrot due to sugar content) and drinking it for every meal. I eat nothing else. This is to help me keep my symptoms down while i do my h202 treatment and let it work. I drank my 2 of my pre-mixed 16 fl. oz of h202 throughout the day (I continue to drink water in between at least 6 cups). I rinsed my nose and throat with the premixed h202 with salt 3 times each nose every 3 hours for the 1st day. The second day, I rinse my nose only twice a day - 3 times each side.I figured that if there is something in my sinus so deep and stubborn, I have to be more aggressive or stubborn than the bug to get rid of it. I was right!

You should have seen the gunk that came out of me. At first it felt uncomfortable, alot of mucus came out through my nose and mouth continuously, i let it come out for 2-3 days whenever it feels like coming out. The 4th day, my post nasal drip lessen considerably and my cough stopped. Amazing! I kept on doing the nose and throat rinse daily (twice a day- once in the morning, once before i sleep) and drinking at least a bottle 8fl oz. of my own pre-mixed h202 daily and now I am back to normal!! I have so much energy to do the things i want to do.

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Dosage

Posted by Dcgirl (Topsham, Me Usa) on 06/03/2013

I bought the cure off of a site and the method of administration; use ONLY food grade 35% H202 diluted for all steps to only 8 oz (1 cup) of Distilled water, DO NOT use tap water (the metals in tap water do not mix well! ) First day: 3 drops, 3 times a day
second day: 4 drops, 3 times a day
Third day: 5 drops, 3 times a day
Fourth day: 6 drops, 3 times a day
Fifth day: 7 drops, 3 times a day
Sixth day: 8 drops, 3 times a day
Seventh day: 9 drops, 3 times a day
Eighth day: 10 drops, 3 times a day
Ninth day: 12 drops, 3 times a day
Tenth day: 14 drops, 3 times a day
Eleventh day: 16 drops, 3 times a day
Twelfth day: 18 drops, 3 times a day
Thirteenth day: 20 drops, 3 times a day
Fourteenth day: 22 drops, 3 times a day
Fifteenth day: 24 drops, 3 times a day
Sixteenth day: 25 drops, 3 times a day

After day sisteen you need to begin slowly decreasing your dosage by 1 drop a day, 3 times a day (for example count down from 25 drops a day all the way too 3 drops a day 3 times a day) Keep the water amount the same (1 cup for all dosages) stay at the maintenance level of 3 drops, 3 times a day for 30 more days. ALSO eliminate everything that contains white flour from your diet. And Yes, I have tried it and I have had no more herpes outbreaks and I was just diagnosed with it!!!!

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Warning

WARNING!

A few months ago, after much research and hesitation on my part, I decided to begin hydrogen peroxide treatment. I began with inhaling 3% food grade H2O2, as it seemed the least likely to induce any harm. And indeed, I noticed that I was able to breathe more deeply, and had more energy, particularly when ascending stairs or doing cardiovascular exercise. I increased the dose, and saw more pronounced results. (On the negative side, I noticed that my tongue began getting a thick brown coating, which concerned me... but apparently not enough.)

Because I had seen such positive results, I decided to begin ingesting diluted 35% hydrogen peroxide, starting with one drop in a cup of distilled water, 3 times a day. I increased the dose by one drop each time (i.e., 2 drops 3 times a day on the second day, and so forth.)

On the second day, I felt great. But as the days proceeded and I increased the dose, I became more irritable. I simultaneously felt more tired, yet my body felt as though it could not handle the energy I seemed to have. By the sixth day, I was dragging horribly.

Not five minutes after I had my second dose of 6 drops diluted in about 6 oz of distilled water that day, I suffered a grand mal seizure... The eighth one I've ever had, and the first one in eight years. It was very traumatic for me (and my partner, who witnessed it for the first time ever). I am now not driving for 3 months, and my medication has been increased as a precaution.

I spoke with my homeopath about it. Every epileptic patient she has worked with suffered at least one more seizure as a healing crisis before they were healed. (Naturally, we are addressing this. ) My parents believe it is due to the fact that I have gained about 60 pounds since I began this medication. I believe that this seizure was because of the hydrogen peroxide, mainly because stress and exhaustion tend to precede my seizures, and there was too much correlation for the incident to be a coincidence. Still, I honestly believe that all three scenarios are possible, and my hope is that this was indeed a healing crisis.

In retrospect, I should have listened to my body, and kept the dose at a minimum until I felt well enough to increase it. Still, I write this post as a strong warning for anyone who has suffered seizures in the past that they may have another seizure if they take hydrogen peroxide internally. I had great hope for hydrogen peroxide therapy, but despite what many people have said, this is not an entirely safe therapy, and it must be approached with a great deal of caution. If nothing else, I strongly recommend that anyone who takes hydrogen peroxide internally should listen to their body; if you feel worse, at least stay on the same dose until you feel better. Don't hesitate to decrease a dose or discontinue this therapy altogether if you don't feel so good.

Let my comments be a side-effect caution: I began the ramp up treatment of 3 drops of 35% peroxide and adding a drop a day doing this only one time a day. I got up 13 drops, stayed on it a few days, and decided to go back down a drop a day. When I got down to a low dose, I started having sudden anxiety attacks and depression which I thought were due to losing my office due to sickness and not being able to work and my wife working now all the time to make up the difference and a separation anxiety from that. For two weeks it has been a problem and it hit me hardest last night. I had bad anxiety, but realized also that I had lightheadedness. I thought that perhaps I was hyperventilating so I breathed in a plastic bag (could not find paper) for several minutes and then again, and the overwhelming anxiety lifted completely. I was surprised that worked so well that I would recommend it to any sudden anxiety that appears to see if it would help despite not recognizing it as hyperventilation.

Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide is 100% safe, if used correctly. A person may have "healing crises." This certainly is not the peroxide's fault. It may be that we did not administer is correctly or had a healing crisis.

I am currently doing research to see if H2O2 will help youths who suffer from Epilepsy. So if anyone has information that it has helped them, please inform me. Thanks

Have you tried the keto diet? It has been pretty successful with a lot of epileptics. There are a LOT of great recipes now, it's a very different way to cook, but I needed to go on this for health reasons, and sure enough things are starting to clear up. for their flours they use coconut and almond. But most of their recipes are high fat and moderate protein. This is what the brain needs.
