ACV for Kids: Safe Ages & Tasty Recipes for Little Ones

Fresh apple juice and ACV. A great pair. Dilute the ACV with (a little) spring water. Add to fresh juice.

My kids love this apple cider vinegar drink - 2 qts of water, 3 tbsp of ACV with "the mother", 1 tsp ginger, and stevia, or whatever sweetener to taste. They think it's juice, we have it almost every day!

Hi there! I know fruit juice isn't the greatest, but I use it in moderation.... If you fill a sippy cup 1/4 -1/2 way with some Apple juice and fill the rest with water, add the organgic unpasteurized ACV WITH the MOTHER, and at least 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon... Shake and serve! My little girl loved this, even when she was only about a year and a half. Also, we mix ACV with peanut butter for our dog, and put it on toast.... She loves it.... I imagine this would work for children too! Good luck!

I put one capful of ACV in a cup of orange juice. My kids drink it right down. Orange juice already has a bit of a bite, so they really don't notice. You can also try mixing the ACV in warm water with a couple tablespoons of honey, but the OJ works best for us.

We would "hide" the ACV in my toddler's sippy cup. About a teaspoon of raw organic ACV, 2 tablespoons organic apple juice, and filled up the rest of the way with water. Went down without a problem!

I always had a hard time getting my six year old to drink ACV. Someone told me to mix it with purple grape juice and apple juice. It does take away alot of the harsh taste. I experiment with the right proportions before giving it to him. Hope this helps.
