Hello,

There is no magic number that can be said. as an example, my wife drinks 6-8 glasses a day while I drink 2-3. You drink what you feel. Just remember that if you drink dehydrating drinks, you are taking out what you put in. Monitor what you drink that is dehydrating, and as a general rule drink 1 glass of water for 1 cup of coffee just to break even. Also look into your diet. Some foods require more water internally to aid in digestion than others. Also look at physical exertions. Do you ride bikes, exercise, or walk a lot? Do you currently have any medical conditions? And medications? These are all factors to consider. But, if you feel thirsty, drink water. You can never really go wrong drinking water as long as you don't overdo it.

As for allergies, even seasonal allergies, we found in research and personal experience that they are very dependent on diet. Every year in the fall for 2-3 weeks I would get a bit phlemy and a bit itchy here in Northern Europe. Looked into my diet, made a change, and the past 2 years has been non existent. Also for joint pain, tremendous amount of research has indicted that joint pain unrelated to injury, can be helped/cured/fixed via exercise. Mild to moderate exercise alleviates most non-injury related or condition specific joint pain. Adding natural anti inflammation ingredients like Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger help wonderfully.

I may have over answered this post as I noticed just now you were simply asking about water consumption! And that the allergy, joint was just the thread you were on! Lol, my bad! But maybe someone will benefit from thsi long winded answer to a simple question!

Tebora, my apologies. I was in a hurry to post my reply and forgot to include the medication. It is called ivermectin. JT found a case where a woman had a severe scabies infection where even the gum tissue in her mouth had scabies. She was treated with 100 mg of ivermectin three times per day, over the course of 15 days. There were no reported side effects and the scabies were eliminated. However, you may want to try just 100 mg 1 time per day for 15 days. If that doesn't work, then you can take a break and then try taking the higher amount of ivermectin daily for 15 days. Here is a link to the article:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33258442/

Earthclinic has an entire section for scabies. Use the desktop mode for your browser so you can read all of the posts in that section. There are lots of good ideas for what you can try. Wishing you success!

Did you just eat the crushed garlic or did you apply it to the dental concern? I've been eating a clove a day but my swelling in my jaw is still there. Did it take the 4 cloves til yours went away? Did it ever come back? thank you!!

Apple Cider Vinegar Use On Skin Cancer

Hello! I have been using ACV on a suspected skin cancer now for several days. The spot (about the size of a half dollar) is turning red and starting to scab. The scabbing is black in a few parts, but most yellow. And it is throbbing when I soak it with the ACV. I have done several soaks per day, and have also hit it with Hydrogen Peroxide at night, followed by some Aloe.

For those than have used ACV, what kinds of scabs formed? And was their throbbing during use? It is painful, but not overbearing. I am curious what kind of progressing I should / can expect. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi. My husband has a golf ball sized lump on his elbow and it appears to be filled with fluid. No pain. What would you recommend to get the fluid to drain or be reabsorbed into his body?

Cholesterol is a conspiracy to get your money. Cholesterol protects. It may be a result of crummy arteries, but removing it makes people have strokes and heart attacks. See the stats.

Hello Marie, no that it something what I had done in the past. I will try it, I will let it on my skin. I will report if it helps. I only tried with drinking, it was disgusting, helped not, but I couldn´t drink it more than 3 days. Thank you for answering.

Hello Cate, thank you for answering. I used Apple Cider Vinegar often last year. Only that the burning is a little bit better for a half hour, nothing happened. And I let the pure apple cider vinegar on the skin. It isn´t powerfull enough. And it is a good notice, that it must be more itching, because of the dead mites. Sometimes I had it a little bit with sulphur cream or with cayenne pepper cream, but not enough to healing, because it don´t reach all the mites (because are deeper under the skin). And I used a lot from them.

When I have a solution, I will post it immediately

You can also use the colors yellow and blue to help them identify things. Everything else is just gray for them. Not screaming bright primary colors but medium, warmer shades - as in the opposite direction from green. Like a warm yellow shaded toward orange and a warm blue shaded toward purple. Say something like a t-shirt for you and a bed cover for them. Maybe yellow post-its stuck to door jams and corners...

  Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Side Effects

Hi Betsy, I had the same exact problem when I sprayed HP in the back of my throat and then decided to use it in a nebulizer machine and it was the same. I saw a post here saying that coughing and burning is caused by having an allergic reaction to Hydrogen Peroxide and one should be careful not to cause lungs damage SO I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED. I am still coughing from the ending of 2023 but it's far less now. God bless you all EC.

Hi Toby,

My friend had same eye issue with her little guy. I researched for her and found putting colloidal silver in the dogs eyes helped her little guy. He won't fully recover from the cataracts but it has been helping him see better. Best of luck to you and the pup.

It's called Pulsatile tinnitus and can be relieved by Gingko Biloba unless you're already taking ANY kind of blood thinner. I have it too. I use the organic GB liquid and put it in my coffee every morning. You can also use transcranial Direct Current Stimulation which can also be used if you're on blood thinners. I use that too for another reason.

It's the aluminum in the B system! Just read about it & was v surprised. I use only distilled water & add in the minerals - several mineral supplements available but I just shake some Himalayan salt into the gallon jugs when I open them - sure makes my nails grow! Sooooo much healthier since I stopped drinking faucet (fluoride) water!
